Defective cordless car vacuum and delayed refund process
I recently purchased a Cordless Car Vacuum High Power 13000Pa/30AW, and it smoked the first time I turned it on, indicating a complete malfunction. I reported the issue to customer service, emphasizing the severity and requesting either a full refund or a replacement. However, I was only offered a half refund with no explanation. I reached out to your team multiple times, with Kayee being the second representative I spoke with, who promised the second half refund by email on Nov 13, 2025, but it was not processed. I followed up on Nov 19 and Nov 23, but received no response. Please refer to my Order #RUV9720 customer service email threads. After two more follow-up emails, the remaining refund was finally processed on Nov 25, 2025. Be cautious; I do not recommend this product or service.
