Excellent FAAW course delivered by Mustafa. Very professional, patient and engaging throughout the training. He explained CPR, AED use, choking, recovery position and emergency scenarios in a way that was easy to understand and remember. Unlike many courses that feel rushed, Mustafa made sure everyone participated, understood the practical side and felt confident dealing with real-life situations. The atmosphere was relaxed, interactive and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to gain genuine first aid knowledge rather than just obtaining a certificate. One of the best training instructors I have had. Thank you, Mustafa and Hurak Learning.

Did first aid course with Hurak really good course

Very dozy people. Running business from India or Pakistan.After failed my orel assessment they want more money or asking me to buy primer package.

I booked and paid for an in-person classroom Health & Safety course in London which was advertised as including face-to-face instruction with tutors.

However, when I attended, no classroom training was provided at all. I was instructed to proceed directly to the exam immediately upon arrival without receiving the classroom teaching that formed part of the advertised course.

The company later acknowledged by email that I “did not receive the classroom training”, but refused to issue a refund.

I attempted to resolve the matter directly before leaving this review.

Very disappointing experience and not what was advertised at the time of booking.

Feedback regarding the Level 1 Health & Safety on a Construction Site exam. Unfortunately, I failed the test, and I’m quite disappointed with the experience.

A large number of the questions that came up in the exam were not covered in the online course material at all. I understand that some parts are expected to be common / general knowledge, but when paying for a course, I would expect the majority of the exam topics and question areas to have been properly covered and prepared for during the training.

At the moment, I feel like I was not adequately prepared for the actual exam despite completing the course and passing multiple mock exams. I don’t feel the course content matched the test requirements closely enough.

I had a great experience while doing the SIA DOOR SUPERVISOR course. Both the organisers and the Instructor were very helpful and professional. I have learnt well. The Instructor was knowledgeable and kept the class interesting.
I wish the organisers and the instructors all the best and also would thank them for their support.

I had a wonderful experience completing the SIA Refresh course at one of the Hurak Center branches at Global College, Crown House, 60 North Circular Road, London, NW10 7PN.

The experience started with the easy booking process, followed by the availability of course times that suited everyone. The price was also very reasonable and better than anywhere else I could find.

From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome from the friendly and professional staff. The training centre is accredited by the SIA and the Home Office, which gave me great confidence in the quality and standards of the course. The training itself was excellent, with strong course materials that were highly relevant to real-world situations.

I would especially like to thank the trainer, Mr. Ernes, who has extensive experience and was very dedicated to ensuring that every trainee demonstrated the required skills correctly and practically. He also made sure that each trainee received enough support and guidance to perform confidently.

Although this was a refresher course, it covered all the essential skills needed to succeed as a Security Door Supervisor. By the time of the exam, I felt fully prepared and confident, having gained all the practical and technical knowledge necessary to pass successfully.

Finally, I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Mohamed, the centre manager, for his warm welcome, continuous support, and for providing all the necessary information to help every trainee succeed and obtain their Security Door Supervisor licence.

I highly recommend Hurak Center to anyone looking for professional, affordable, and high-quality SIA training. I also plan to return soon to obtain my CCTV licence from the same centre, based on the excellent experience I had.

I recently did a 2 day SIA door supervisor refresher course & first aid course with a HURAK at Crown house 60 north Circular road, NW10 7PN).

Where do I even begin?

1 - I booked and paid over the phone and was told that I will receive instructions/login details for a home study course which is 3 hours long. Despite me calling 3 times I never received the details.

2- Our classroom was really small for 17 people and I am glad it wasn't summer since there was no ventilation whatsoever. On top of that there was chairs and tables, stationary as well as desks with full PC setup, like it was someone's office that was made to be a training venue.

3- Our instructor was least helpful and very impatient to say the least. There was quite a few forms without any instructions to how and when to fill them and what they are for.

4 - Although course is advertised as 2 days but be prepared to stay there for as long as 12 hours. Our first day was 10 hours long and second one was almost 12 hours.

5 - College venue was literally nowhere near any markets or shops/take aways, if you wanted to grab something to eat then nearest place is 30 minutes walk, so 1 hour break is just to and from shops without any time to sit, relax and eat your lunch.

6 - We were given First Aid notes at the end of our first day when we were halfway through the course.

7 - No prior instructions or guidance that we need to complete our ACT course prior to sitting exam so most of us had to do on the day of our course, felt pretty rushed.

I would definitely not recommend them at all, they only care about money.

I booked my sia top up course with them recently. Arrived at the venue mentioned in the email before time. After figuring it out myself and calling the hurak office again and again, came to know that some other company by the name of Global security deals with their courses.
After an hour of hustle, finally I found someone to speak to about the course and came to know that no top up course is running at the moment and I have been given wrong information. They don't run any top up courses during week days, it's only conducted over the weekends.
I called Hurak office again and was given wrong information that the course got cancelled last minute which they were not even aware off.
I called a few times and every time they came up with a new story.
I have asked for the refund now, will wait and see what's going to happen.
I still don't understand the reason behind all this lies and misinformation.
I will not recommend this company to anyone.
At the time of booking my payment showed pending for which they called me every day till it got cleared but about the course they were not bothered to call or email me.
