The male showers are very spartan and leave a lot to be desired.

First try to sign up on website proved to be difficult. Your colleague was helpful on the phone and I succesfully signed up after that. I have attended the Danbury gym a few times and they accept my hussle number with no problems

Good but very expensive I rather join direct to harbour hotel gym vice would cost me £31 a month

I love having the option of different gyms. It would be great if some classes were included.

I have been with Hussle for two years now, and it is always reassuring to know that wherever I go, there is a gym nearby for basic gym usage or swimming.

I have run into issues on two occasions where gym staff almost did not allow me entry, which I believe was likely a communication gap between gym management and their staff. Without hesitation, I contacted Hussle's customer service, and the response was almost instant, with detailed information and guidance addressing exactly what I needed. What impressed me most was that they followed up directly with the gyms to address the matters.

I would like to mention, specifically, Erin has been the person responding to my emails throughout, and she is always helpful, attentive and professional. I hope this review reaches Hussle's management and that Erin's outstanding work is duly acknowledged.

The overall process is complicated - you need to show the code to staff. Gym staff takes time to verify the details and open the gate. And it happens every time you go to gym.

Poor Integration with Everyone Active Clubs - Every day we have to show the code and get access - why can't they issue a card that is linked to hussle membership. Everyday it is queue and wastes 10 minutes.
Staff at everyone active is not fully aware of how Hussle works.

Really like my hussle membership, the only thing I would really like to change is having the hussle and everyone active apps connect to each other, currently I have to go to the front desk all the time before I can use the gym and swim and it can be quite inconvenient if there is a huge queue. I also can’t book in advance which would help with the issue too. But apart from that the membership is great!

Great app, great people, so quick to get back to you if you need help. Fab idea would highly recommend and saved lots of money too! Thank you!

Impossible to find the day pass once I’d bought it. Eventually found it to confirm my purchase and then had the same issue when I arrived at the club. Very confusing process

The everyone active membership is quite poor. No one in the centre knows what to do or how it works, they inform me its just gym where as the hustle terms say swimming. Unfortunately you are unable to pre book anything. Quite frustrating all in all. Once the 3 months minimum term is up I would look to join a gym directly especially if an everyone active.
