I have checked our system, and learned that your message to our support team was received late in the evening at 10:24 pm on 30 May, and our team replied the following morning at 8:32 am. The response acknowledged your request and asked which venues you were looking to access so they could help properly. I am sorry to hear that it felt slow and scripted.

The Hussle Monthly+ pass is also different from a traditional gym membership. It does not usually include a member access card, fob, or direct gym membership setup. We try to make this clear on our website and venue profiles before purchase, including how access works and what customers should expect when they arrive.

That said, I am genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at the venue. I understand that any delay at check-in can be frustrating, and appreciate you raising it. I see that our team has already explained the Monthly+ pass access process, confirmed the pricing for the venue in question, and shared information about future check-in options.

We’re always working to make access as smooth as possible, but we also want to be transparent that Hussle does not sell traditional gym memberships, so access may work differently depending on the venue.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed, particularly if you expected classes to be included with your Hussle pass.

We do try to make the access included at each venue as clear as possible before purchase. Every venue on Hussle has its own profile page, which shows the facilities and activities included, along with any booking guidance where this applies. Many of our venue partners do include classes, but not all of them do.

For the venue linked to your pass, the profile shows access to the gym and pool only. Classes are not shown as included or bookable on that venue profile, so they would not form part of the pass purchased.

I also want to clarify that the amount paid for your pass was £52.56 after the discount applied, rather than £200. If you’re still within your 14-day cooling-off period, please contact our support team at info@hussle.com and they can explain the options available to you.

The Hussle Monthly+ pass gives access to your chosen venue, as well as other included venues at the same price point or below. Access rules can vary by venue, including opening times, included facilities and any restrictions set by the venue.

For the main venue selected with your pass, access is indeed available on weekdays only. This information is shown on the venue profile before purchase so customers can check whether the pass suits their routine.

If weekend access is important, it may be worth checking the other venues included with your Monthly+ pass, as some may offer weekend access. Nearby you have New Chiswick Pools, West 4 Gym, RINTO Fitness Richmond.

To clarify, the Bupa offer gives eligible customers 40% off the standard Hussle Monthly+ Pass price. The Monthly+ pass is not the same as joining one gym directly. It gives access to a chosen venue, plus other included venues on Hussle at the same price point or below, so the pricing is not always directly comparable with a single-venue membership bought from the gym itself. This information is available on both the Hussle website and the Bupa activation page.

The Hussle pass is designed around multi-venue flexibility rather than direct membership with one club. That said, I do understand that if you mainly use one gym, a direct membership may sometimes feel like the better fit.

Regarding the payment after updating your card, we would need to check your account to understand exactly what happened. Based on the information provided with this review, I am unable to locate your Hussle account, review the payments, or confirm whether you contacted our support team about this matter. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry there was confusion around the pass and cancellation process, but I am glad our support team was able to help and arrange the refund for you.

At checkout, we show the pass price, renewal details and cancellation information. After the pass is purchased, an automated confirmation email is also sent with the key details, including the cancellation policy.

Customers can also cancel directly from their Hussle account without needing to contact support, although our team is always happy to help if anything is unclear.

Facilities and activities can vary by venue, so we ask customers to check each venue profile before visiting or purchasing. The profile shows the icons for what is included, such as gym access, pool access, health facilities or classes, along with any booking notes or special instructions.

I also appreciate your comments on pricing. The Monthly+ pass includes access to multiple participating venues within the relevant price level, so it is not always priced in the same way as joining one gym directly. For some customers that flexibility is valuable, while for others a direct gym membership may be a better option.
