Zero communication from your back-office team!
You acknowledged receipt of the order slowly and then didn’t get in touch to agree a delivery date; not just within your published committment to do , but at all! Consequently I emailed you pointing out my disappointment and that because of your delays my planned use of the product would have to be put back by 10 days. Still no response, so when your (very professional and polite) turned up, out of the blue i had to send them away as I’d had to put my team onto another job.

Dealing with this company was a positive stress free experience. Easy on line ordering, delivery as promised and follow up call. Will use again for sure. Retail customer ordering garden gravel and top soil. Thought the delivery charge was sensible too. Driver even checked my order with me at delivery point and pleasant.

I am still in a bit of disbelief at how good the service was. I ordered mid morning (unbeatable price in my area). I wasn’t sure as delivery was stated between 1 and 7 working days. Within a half hour I received a call if they could deliver that day. Within an hour it was delivered exactly where I asked. Unbelievable service. Thank you!

Product I purchased on line was in stock and delivered the very next day .The driver unloaded right on my front driveway where I needed it.Had miscounted amount I needed and went into local depot ,again they had the stock helpful fork truck loaded it For us .Very helpful staff.
