I requested for a return - terrible customer service
I requested for a return - I sent two emails - no response.
I called and the person that answered the phone took my details and said she will get in touch with the RMA people to contact me. It is almost three weeks and I have not heard a single word from them - not an email, not a phone call.

Huyett makes it simple
Huyett makes it simple to research products and place orders. Graphics on packing slips are a nice differentiator and helpful for those in receiving without thorough product knowledge.
