My house was on the market for a long time. I didn’t know quite why but it was tough to deal with. After talking to Hyde and Rowe they showed me some of the reasons why and we fixed them and I used them to list the property. Yesterday it was finally sold. Great!!

Hyde a d Rowe have forced me to take them to court, they never turned up, the judge ordered them to pay half of what I paid to take them to court, don't know how he worked that one out, and to give me back my house, they did neither forcing me to pay for bailiffs. They go there on Tuesday and I am happy. Wgat Hyde do id what Donald Trump does, They force people to go the legal route, knowing it slows things down and plenty cant afford it. I also complained to the ombudsman man about them, they are The PRS. it's a much cheaper way of doing things and they ordered them to pay me money, they had too otherwise they would not be able to operate. They paid the money then stopped paying my the rent on my properties. So then I am going to have to chase them for 3 months rent on the property the bailiffs are going to on the 25 June 2024, and the other property will be go more and more in arrears while I wait for another court date which they won't turn up at, for the judge to give them a date to get out, and otrder them to pay my costs which they won't, forcing me to pay for bailiffs and they get another 6 months on my property. For getting damages money the ombudsman is the way forward. the courts are rubbish. and now their proprty manager has go in touch saying things that I was charged for 2 years ago which were never done need fixing. They are not paying me rent yet expect me to fix up my flat for them or let them send one of their lying robbing untrained handymen, becayse they dont use proper teadesmen, round there to not do the job properly and overcharge me, buy the don't pay me rent. The ombudsman is The PRS

Brilliant company! I highly recommend their services to anyone in the Acton area. They were very flexible with showing me the properties. Even though my car broke down on the way to the viewing, the agent waited for me and made sure I got to see it. There were other people interested but I must of done something right because I got it and they went with me. Over the moon right now!

As like many other landlords who have posted reviews here my experience with this company has been dire. No rent increase for 10 years although they take more rent from Councils. No inspections at all, the property has not been looked after by the tenant and problems have not been reported. Gave notice last July and I still don't have the property back and they have paid no rent for the last three months! I phone and send emails all the time being constantly told someone will get back to me. Not once has anyone done so. Nothing gets resolved, they are not to be trusted. I am planning on court action. Please do not consider using them ever.

Positive reviews are fake. This company is run by frauds. Will take your money and then leave you high and dry. But please don’t give up if your are contemplating court action. See it through to the end. ! This company is going down the pan where it belongs.

I heard about Hyde and Rowe through a friend, who’s property has been managed by them for years. I have now been with them for 8 months, never had any problems with them. The few issues at the property were dealt with promptly, and I was always updated.

They are the ultimate con artists!

I wrote a review in early 2023 on All Agents and see someone has added a comment on my review which I suspect is not genuine. Only realised that because I was automatically notified by All Agents. Note that there are either 1 star or 5 star reviews here which should raise alarm bells. I do not use them now, fortunately, but understand that if you are a landlord with just one property, it can be a nightmare, and not just finacially. Spend time choosing the right agent, the number of brances should not be the deciding factor.
