Total scam! Do not buy!

I have bought several bottles from this company and although they work well to begin with they do not last long. They offer a lifetime guarantee with priority postage. Communication is now non-existant and they have changed their website address. There is a premanent half price sale on. The shipping is slow as they ship from China. Avoid!!

Water smells of chlorine and tastes disgusting. Unable to get guaranteed money back. A complete scam. Their advertising should be banned as now using celebrity Gary Breka to promote their products which is false. A complete Con! Do not buy!

This is a company that claims to be based in the UK but ships from China. They do not respond to emails and the reviews on their website are fake. My order hasn't arrived yet and although they say refunds are easy I doubt very much that they are as they do not respond to messages. Avoid!!!!

Bought four bottles as it was cheaper and some family members wanted to give it a go. Every bottle is faulty. With two of the bottles the light stops working and turns on and off on its own, while the other two leak from the bottom. I emailed them explaining this, and once I sent proof they stopped replying. I have sent over 10 emails and have had no reply. Don’t buy from here.

I wish I did my research before getting this water bottle . It's awful , the light stopped working after a month and it started to leak water after a day . It started with one two drops and progressively got worse . It's a very poor quality water bottle . I would say the more expensive water bottles are definitely more legitimate and certified.
I emailed the company , I was asked to record a video for proof of leak which I did , didn't hear nothing since.

The bottle was faulty within a few weeks. The power would cut off after a few seconds. I have emailed support@ three times with no reply. There is no phone number on the website, and their trading address is a virtual office, so there is no alternative way of contacting them. The website refers to 5-star reviews, but there is no substance to them or link to the actual reviews. Please buy elsewhere.

Do not buy, find some other bottle on Amazon or trusted retailer. I have ordered the hydrogen water bottle from hydrogen bottle.co.uk. Paid £47.97 + faster delivery for £4.95. It took 2 weeks to get the bottle as it came from China. As I finally got the bottle it did not work as expected and I have even checked the level of hydrogen which was below the minimum of 700 they advised. When I have emailed them, cannot say quite quick to respond but they keep saying that I need to get them a proof of this and ask to email a video. The email attachment video is 25MB, so it is nearly impossible to send this to them as a normal attachment. I do not want to send it as zip file as they will possibly have problems opening it. So the story continues.
