Do not order from this company. A scam. Sent money weeks ago, no product, no response, no way to communicate with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HYGO.

**FRAUD**Not deserving of even a single star. I saw something i liked on here months ago and finally decided to place an order 1.5 weeks ago. Wouldn't you know, I got 2 spam emails from the site (on top of what can only be a fraudulent confirmation email), and now the site doesn't exist, at least anywhere i can get to it. DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAM YOUR MONEY

never received anything.!!! I advise you to not visit. I thought that it was a good one, but I was wrong! I recently buy something on nirvax.com and I did not have this kind of problem. I usually don't write reviews but I'm writing this time because I'm mad!

The product has not been delivered and the refund has not been made! I'm so angry.

If there was a way to rate I'm the negatives I would. Ordered in January and have yet to receive the product. Understand the effects of coronavirus but 5 months is plenty of time to either deliver or contact me stating why it is taking this long

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I never received my purchase. I made three attempts to contact them, and they never responded. After 6 weeks worked with PayPal’s resolution center to get refund.

Ordered something 3 months ago. Sent multiple emails and no response what so ever. Im out 50 bucks.

God I wish I looked at online reviews first. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. I ordered a product and immediately changed my mind and wanted it cancelled. I sent about 3 emails to them stating the fact and they ignored me only to get back to me 4 days later and say my order had been shipped. I tried tracking it but it doesn't show that it has been shipped yet. These people are liars and cheats.

DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF OVERLOOKING LOW RATINGS. I CHECKED A NUMBER OF THE POSITIVE RATINGS AND THEY ALL HAD ONLY ONE REVIEW.....

I wish I could get a business like this where people send me boatloads of money and I do absolutely NOTHING! They don’t respond to emails, never even received a tracking number. Filed a complaint with PayPal. We’ll see. If my CC company will reverse charges I’ll go that way as they are more motivated to help you than PayPal.

Don’t even bother looking at their website and for Gods sake (as well as your own) don’t even consider buying anything from this place!

If you were interested in purchasing the floating moon (as I was) it can be purchased on Amazon without for less than half of The BS AND HARRASSMENT (an assumption on my part) FWIW YMMV.

Oh my god dont go through this service. Any one posting 5 star reviews have to be bots or workers. I placed my order in January. It is now March and I've only just recieved a tracking number that doesn't work by the way and got told that it will take around 45 days to be shipped. There is no contact number there is no customer service there is only an unmanned email address so I can't even request a refund. I only ordered my item for my elderly grandmother because her favourite thing was flamingos so I thought oh I'll be a lovely granddaughter and buy my elderly grandmother some flamingo slippers. It took that long to hear anything and my grandmother has passed away so I don't even have a use for these anymore. SAVE YOUR SELF DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a brace in May and I just got notification today (Jan. 20, 2020) it was sent. They don't respond to inquiries and I just assumed I lost out on the $20. I wonder if it will actually arrive? Those complaining shipping took over a month have no idea how lucky they are .

My order place on 29.11.19 has just been dispatched on 18.1.20... I still have no idea if it will ever arrived. Found the same item £8 cheaper on Amazon with next day delivery!!! Note to self.. never order from this company again!

Have waited over 2 weeks for a knee brace. Taking more that a week in transit. Since HYGO delivery is so bad and my mom needs this brace, I think I am going to use it as a spare and go out and purchase from Amazon.

Do not order! I placed my order 4 weeks ago and it still has not been dispatched. I have emailed countless times, tried to contact them by social media. NO REPLY. I think this is a scam. What a waste of £60.

I should have done my homework on this company it's a scam. I brought something for Christmas and never recieved my purchase and tried countless times to reach out to them no response a waste of money 30 dollars down the drain

Absolutely terrible, ordered something at the start of the month and the tracking has NOT been updated nor have i. Customer service is terrible as 3 days ago i wrote an email to them and I've gotten no reply, i feel absolutely conned and will not recommend this website because of its terrible treatment towards a customer by leaving him completely in the dark on something he spent his hard earned money for
