Terrible.
Purchased a massager. It was faulty after being used for a while. Attempted to find out from the company if it could be repaired or is it the battery? I couldn’t anyone to answer the phone ever. No one answered my emails, ever.
Sent facebook messages. After two weeks I got an answer of face poker messenger to send them a video of the fault. I did. To this date never opened.
I read on line from users experiencing the same problem that batteries don’t last long. So I bought one at the crazy cost of 150 USD plus 50 USD for courier postage in five days. Nearly three weeks later no trading number, will not communicate. No battery. The service with this company is not just awful but you are left to potentially be scammed. I will update the review if I get my battery. But up until now it’s a lesson. This massager is a Chinese copy of a professional massager at twice the price. The Swiss address by the way is a virtual serviced office. They are not Swiss they are Chinese.
Lesson… don’t buy cheap I suppose.
Meantime… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

I would like to thank Hyper-Phoenix for its pleasant assistance during my order of two percussion massage devices. I live in a country where orders have become extremely long and difficult to obtain due to the COVID-19. Standard delivery was actually not possible. So Phoenix voluntarily offered the $49 fee with DHL Express service. Within only a few days I received my order.

Phoenix massage guns are exceptional and of superb quality, I bought the Phoenix A2 and the brand new POR-A3! However, the new Phoenix massage gun is much quieter, lighter, more powerful, and with 2 extra head attachments and a charging base to stand up your gun. I might rate the Pro 5/5 and the A2 4/5 but overall I am very satisfied.
