READ: Alex couldn’t send me a confirmation for days on car transportation, on purpose. he kept saying the email was coming but it never did, he forced me to sign contract promising a confirmation w driver and pick to pick car up Wednesday and since I was nervous that they were not sending confirmation and my son needs to be in school monday so i canceled and he was happy that i cancelled like it's what he wanted to begin w and charged credit card $199 cancellation fee (shows as $209 on my statement n he says the extra $10 was bank charge) that i was never aware of. He lied that he mentioned it but I have all proof to sent to my credit comp that he never mention a cancellation fee. Now he's suddenly he’s being a dick saying there's nothing he can do cuz i signed a contract n basically shooing me off. He trapped me it’s all he wanted his went from sweet to mean after he got the money for no reason. I don't think he even had a driver for that day. Like I should just give em $209 for free in my position. I feel violated and it’s hurts. As a single mom, going to school myself in this climate when someone takes from me it’s soul shattering, im worried for my son who can’t go to school monday and now with the money they stole from me I can’t get my car here on time to get my baby to school Monday as he said himself “I can make another quote but u don’t get the $199 back so I can sign another contract” scamming me to my face, how is this allowed here, what company is this??? there was never a driver that’s why he never sent me a confirmation, they were most likely not able to ship my car and I’ve never seen someone so happy that I was canceling now I know that it was an easy way to get my money without providing service, I don’t have enough money now to ship my car this week. I cried all day. I have to wait for the pending charge to go through to dispute per credit company’s advice and that will take days. They ruined my son first day of school and broke me. Something has to be done. Now im being ignored, Alex Taylor is his fake name. Please don’t give ur information it’s a SCAM. Go elsewhere.
