They made sure my world worked when they done the change over and followed up every step of the way. This is amazing customer service you don’t see to often anymore. Just to clarify for anyone reading — our FiveM servers are fully open. You're not limited to the web panel at all. You can manage all your server files directly from your PC using SFTP, and every FiveM server comes with txAdmin built in, which is FiveM's own powerful management interface. There are no restrictions on how you configure or deploy your server.
We do understand that getting started with FiveM hosting has a learning curve regardless of provider, and we're always happy to assist through our support team. If you'd like to give it another shot, feel free to reach out — we'd love the chance to help you get set up properly.

2. Open to feedback, and fast to implement it. Adam took a suggestion that at the time, could improve latency by a bit. In mere minutes, it was implemented across all similar products, for future buyers.
3. They remain calm and professional, even when the customer is wrong.

Amazing service, hoped for faster response times
Really wish the pages for control panels would load faster, otherwise - extremely nice service! Support responds almost instantly, low latency if you're in South Africa and I wouldn't recommend any other service than this if you want to host something with your friends or for your company
