Total scammers. Where do I even begin with these guys? Okay, first off, if you pass the evaluation, it takes days for it to get approved. Why does it take days? Because they're looking for a reason to deny your evaluation.

They have hidden rules, which you don't see on their sign-up page. You got to go dig through their FAQ, and even then it's not really clear. But they're definitely predatory in getting your accounts denied. They are not looking for good traders or great traders. They're looking for a reason not to pay you or pass you. The only reason they don't rush you from an evaluation to a funded account automatically is because they don't get paid when you get a funded account. That puts them at risk.

Once you are at a payout level, you are definitely a risk for them. They will go through your account and find anything they can through their hidden rules to deny your payout. They're not looking for great traders. They're looking to make money, as most prop firms are, and they do that by denying traders payouts.

The big red flag with these guys is, if you pass an evaluation and they don't like it, they'll try to give you a free credit for another evaluation, hoping that you fail it. And the same way with a funded account, they will deny the payout and then try to give you a free account so then you can go waste your time again trying to get another payout WHICH WILL GET DENIED ALSO.

The big red flag on this company is that if you do violate a rule or breach one of their rules, they won't just deny the account. They actually delete all your profits and all your work so that you can't come back and fix it. That's predatory. That's what they're doing to keep their money. That's what they're doing to make money. They're not looking for great traders. You have been warned. You will not get paid.

Most of these positive reviewers below don't say anything about taking a payout. HyperTicks will love you as long as you're not taking payouts or passing evaluations.

There are way too many prop firms out there that will actually pay you, so save your time and money and move over to them and don't deal with these scammers.

Picked up some Hyperticks accounts while they were on sale to get exposure to DeepDOM. I've had a really great time trading, the only crashes or bugs have been from intensive RAM/VRAM usage of DeepDOM and user error. There has been no lag for me while trading or entering/exiting positions.

I've had a pleasant experience with customer service and trading on the DeepDOM platform. Definitely a good way to check out supported platforms if you're interested and have the required hardware.

As an unprofitable trader, Hyperticks seems pleasant to work with and I hope they become part of my sucess story one day.

I’ll start by being fair — in terms of actually paying out, HyperTicks did pay me, so I can’t complain about that side of things-

However, my experience with the Direct Pro+ account has left a pretty sour taste. I was around 7.5% up on the account and, under this model, you pay a monthly subscription to keep the funded account active.

My subscription payment didn’t automatically renew/go through, and the account was subsequently closed as a hard breach. I found the timing particularly frustrating given that this account model had just been retired.

As a result, I’ve effectively lost around $1,500 in potential eligible pay outs not because of my trading or because I breached a trading rule, but because the subscription payment didn’t renew.

I do want to give credit where it’s due though. Felix from support was a genuinely nice guy and did everything he could to assist me. I contacted Felix in live chat and asked whether this could simply be resolved by allowing me to pay the monthly subscription that was owed and have the account reinstated. To his credit, Flexi was helpful and raised this with management for me,I didn’t hold out much hope given the account was in 1.5k profit! Unfortunately, a couple of days later I was informed that management were unwilling to reinstate it or allow me to rectify the missed subscription payment.

But based on the overall payout process and the decision to hard-breach a profitable account over a subscription payment issue, Sadly, with some prop firms operating in this manner, experiences like this are exactly why traders remain sceptical of the industry. Based on my personal experience, I couldn't recommend HyperTicks

I have received my first payout from this firm after I won a giveaway from them a week ago. However, kindly improve your IT infrastructure, as it has confused the trader many times during their trading journey. Align your Terms & Conditions written in your FAQ section with your trading platform.

The company recently launched futures. The rules are excellent—specifically, there is no withdrawal buffer.

People are sleeping on this firm. They got good trustworthy affiliates.. prices are great and Promos run throughout the year. I've messed up 2 accounts by bad disipline, but will update when I get a payout. Deepcharts and Deepdom options + ATAS and another platform. Beginner accounts will get you hooked, try it.
