I-success is an amazing training provider which I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to gain meaningful qualifications in Health and social care. The academic support was amazing, the provider consistently demonstrated robust knowledge of their product and the Admin support was also very proactive. My personal Tutor - Kim is amazing! She provided guidance and personalised support to me throughout this course.

I recently completed a course with i-Success Academy, and overall, it was a great experience. The tutors were always supportive and responsive, and the resources provided were easy to follow. Although there were occasional delays with assessments, the professional support made up for it. I’d recommend i-Success Academy to anyone aiming to enhance their qualifications!

I cannot avoid reading the reviews that someone posted here within the last 18 hours…
As I am hoping to embark on a course with this company. I have looked them up on company house, they are legit.
I am just hoping that things go smoothly for me, as I will be investing my money.

Following reporting the Assessor for the course I was undertaking and undertaking a reporting/review with the company own EQA, as it was serious; I was never updated with the outcome as promised.
I would urge anyone undertaking the TQUK Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (RQF) to think twice and pay your money elsewhere.

I recently completed my TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF) at i-Success, and I can’t recommend the program enough. Studying while working full-time as an office manager, especially with a daily commute of over 40 miles, was no easy feat. But thanks to the amazing support from my tutor, Ms. Kim, I was able to succeed.

Ms. Kim is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive. She addressed all my concerns and requests for assistance with lightning speed. As someone who values communication and needs tasks to be marked quickly, I truly appreciated her proactive approach. She really made my learning process a wonderful experience, and I genuinely believe she is the best tutor at i-Success!

The administrative team at i-Success was also fantastic. Mr. Edward was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Ms. Vicky! From the moment I enrolled, she was always there, easily accessible via phone or email. She listened to any challenges I faced and ensured that I received the support I needed.
