Arnaque.
Il a plusieurs années, déjà, j'ai acheté des couteux "CardSharp2" sur ce site.
Ne recevant rien après quelques semaines, j'ai pris contact avec eux par mail.
J'ai tout d'abord obtenu des réponses à mes messages, en excellent anglais, prétextant des retards de livraisons de la part des fournisseurs, puis de livreurs, etc.
Après avoir relancé quelques fois l'interlocuteur, mes messages sont restés sans réponse.
J'ai alors fouillé le Net et trouvé l'adresse de la société, quelques part au Royaume Uni.
Je leur ai adressé un courrier papier, qui n'est jamais revenu comme "inconnu à cette adresse", mais est resté sans réponse.
Je n'ai plus jamais eu aucune nouvelle et n'ai jamas reçu ma commande.

These people never sent me my item, they are scammers don’t ever buy anything from them. They always sent me some excuse and never ended up sending anything.

Should’ve checked the reviews but looked like a legit site 😞 Placed an order and received no confirmation at all - nothing but the money was taken instantly. Over the weeks have tried emailing them but receive NOTHING at all back. Raised a fraud dispute with my credit card company and they refunded my money- THIS IS A SCAM! Don’t use them.

Made a pre-order from this company four years ago and never did receive what I paid for. They just take your money and ignore your emails.
Complete scam and definitely a company to avoid. Thieves.

I ordered the knife before reading the reviews and was concerned when I did read them after the knife delivery took a few weeks. However, the knife did arrive after about 4 weeks I would say. And the knife does seem really good. Relatively sturdy for such a small lightweight knife and really very sharp. Much better than a cheaper alternative copy design which I had previously bought. So the loss of a star is for the slow delivery but other than that I'm very pleased

I ordered for more than 3 years ago. I have never recieved anything and they won't reply on E-mails.

UPDATE 10 August 2019
After several unanswered emails chasing this item ordered in May 2019, I sent a final email notice that unless I received a reply within 3 days I would contact my bank to instigate a merchant charge-back for the transaction on my credit card and would also request a fraud investigation. I subsequently contacted my card company who took all the details and agreed to put the transaction into dispute. Whether by coincidence or not, within a few days of this I received an email response from the supplier advising they intended shipping within the next week or so. The item finally arrived this morning (10th August) so I have advised my card company to drop their action.
It's a real shame this supplier is so poor at customer communications and takes so long to ship as the product itself deserves a five star review.

If I could give zero stars, I would - wish I'd checked for reviews before ordering but had used before with no problems. Placed order, money taken from card straight away, months later still no goods and no response to emails other than standard "we'll reply within 7 days, longer if we're busy". I have contacted credit card company to report fraud and instigate charge-back. Why are these scammers still allowed to have a merchant credit card account?

Prendoni i soldi e non spediscono nulla, già segnalati e denunciati alle autorità inglesi per truffa.

Ordine piazzato e pagamento effettuato in Dicembre 2014 e mai consegnato, l'azienda e il customer care semplicemente mi ignorano. Mi chiedo come mai l'azienda continui ad esistere.

Just like all the others below, I ordered a card sharp 4 direct from the Ian Sinclair website on December 2013! Guess what, it's still not here. Contacted them many times in the first year and there were lots of excuses so I persevered. Then they stopped replying... please be careful and do not give them your money

Ordered a knife in January 2015 never delivered, no contact since May 2015 and no money back.

en septembre 2013 j'ai fais une commande de 200€, aucune réponse depuis juin 2015. A chaque fois je recevait une réponse me disant qu'il étaient entrain de changer de fournisseur ou qu'il avaient trop de commandes a régler...

A ce jour, je n'ai plus eu de réponse ni ma commande.

Bought 3 costumized knifes knifes from the company in February 2015, mail after mail and bad excuses with promises of extra gifts when the order mailed, but order was never sendt out and not any replies on email any more.

FRAUD!! DON'T BUY FOM THEM; YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY

Purchased a card sharp, payment confirmed with order number in email, but not delivered since December 2015. Phone lines are out of service, email only results in auto out of office response.
No way of contacting company. Simple fraud.
Do not purchase anything from this site.

Jammer ook in maart 2014 3 flashlights besteld met verzendkosten 19 pond. Vele mails gestuurd met excuses, maar nog niets ontvangen! waardeloos!

I, like others, ordered from this website (which looks so professional) and have had nothing from them - no goods and no response from emails. So basically AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

PS. Trading Standards have been notified.

It's 1 year ago I ordered from them and have still not received anything, other than bad excuses about back order issues and changed payment providers, when I contacted them. Don't waste your money rather give it to charity.
If I could I would give zero or minus stars to this firm.
