IBSPOT.COM is a scam site that list items from amazon, so I assume they are a dropship bot. They up pice and just buy ads on google shopping. They may ship or not ship, but sure they do not get permission from those brands. Some item show lower price so if you fall for it, they might get your credit card information and never ship. Buyer beware! I am surprised that GOOGLE SHOPPING IS THIS BAD LATELY.

I have yet to receive my package after weeks of waiting not really sure what to do yet

My BOSE remote broke so I searched for a replacement. They had one advertised as a BOSE replacement for a SOLO 5 system (mine). I bought it and arrived on Dec 2. I tried to use it and couldn't program any device. Not only that but it wasn't even programed for my BOSE. And no BOSE number code. I have e-mailed and left 5 days of recorded messages about my problem. Today, Dec 7, will be my sixth day messaging them with no response.

Ordered a 'preserved rose in a display box', the item arrived later than originally stated and the rose was wilted and near dead. Contacted them immediately and was told they dont take returns on flowers. Informed them I'll let my credit card company handle the dispute since they are obviously selling items that are defective.

Pretty obvious this is a Chinese company falsely portraying themselves as an American one

I ordered a skillet from IBSPOT.COM and it arrived with a huge dent on it and scraped paint. The skillet was obviously sent in that damaged condition by IBSPOT because the actual packaging was such that this extensive damage could only have happened at the IBSPOT warehouse. But, they sent it anyway, and charged me $75 for this damaged skillet. BEWARE! I would never recommend IBSPOT. Do not be scammed by this terrible company!

Never received my $56.00 order. Said it would ship from Germany. Email said it shipped, but the "Track your package" link showed that nothing was shipped. Seems like a scam.

DO NOT order anything.from this company, Theyre in business only to scam customers! Ordered an item about 2 months ago & tracking said was shipped to Georgia instead of intended state of Michigan. Advised they would reship and month later have heard nothing & received nothing. Won't even respond to emails now!

Ordered some probiotics, never got them.
Lie after lie about the order coming from Germany and I would get a text when reaching the USA custom.

Received more quickly than estimated! Customer service was very responsive and overall great experience. Taffy was yummy. Not a huge maple flavor, but good!

Buyer beware, please understand that the customer support contact information they post on their website is not a valid email and I was never successful in reaching anyone on the phone number they list on their website.
I tried to return an item and they flatly refused but offered that I could keep it and they would credit me back 20 percent of the purchase price for my inconvenience.

I ordered a month ago. I emailed customer survive aka Sara only to hear the product comes from Canada. Last week a shipping label in NY was created but it hasn’t shipped! Don’t order from this company.

The merchandise arrived late and also broken. My son threw away the broken merchandise without realizing he had to return it before they would give a refund. We have photos and I wrote in at least six times to ask them to please refund. It was packed in a plastic mailer, but with no protection. This is only the second time in my long life that I have given a poor rating. It doesn’t feel satisfying to me!

This is not a real website. These folks are scammers, do not purchase anything from them. They need to be in prison. Imagine all the money they're collecting.

They are just copying existing listings and not actual resellers. Do not give them money, find the product on the manufacturer’s site and buy it there

Two things made my experience great:
1.) the IBSPOT team were resolute in fulfilling my order for a certain international product, in spite of all the unforeseen difficulties of international trade, these days;
2.) the product, itself, is superb: an inflatable clothes hanger from Germany. I am one who researches a product to the nth degree before making a move, and I'm, convinced that, in finding the product distributed by IBSPOT, I'd found the best of the best.
In summary, I consider the IBSPOT team to be my worthy collaborators, advocates, and friends in searching out truly worthy products. I will read their advertising emails with gusto. if you want "real products, made and sold by real people," save yourself a lot of time and give business to good folk by checking with IBSPOT from the get-go.
