Greatest gift to mankind! Definitely a large step up from what I had before. Received a good deal at Best Buy in which I could not pass up for $1,999. Ryzen 9 7900, 5080, DDR5 make my productivity for video editing and gaming seamless.

"I returned a factory-sealed PC case that was delivered to HYTE on March 6th. Their official policy states refunds are processed in 3–7 business days. It has now been 13 days. When I contacted support, they admitted they have the item on-hand but told me they are too busy with an 'internal inventory count' to give me my money back. This is unprofessional and a breach of their own refund policy. Warning to others: the return process is extremely slow and unreliable. Order #110822."

UPDATE: Unbelievable. After calling them out on their 13-day delay, support emailed me and basically admitted they won't process my refund manually because they are busy with an 'internal inventory count.' They actually told me to file a chargeback with my bank because their finance team is too busy to click a button. I've never seen a major company be this unprofessional. I have officially filed a dispute for $124.01. Avoid this company at all costs."

Not very happy so far. I purchased my first ever gaming PC and like an idiot got all excited on delivery day, only to miss the UPS guy by 40mins. So now my PC is being shipped from NY back to CA for no damn reason other than their ridiculous shipping policy. They wouldn’t even offer me expedited shipping due to the hassle. I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

I was in need of a computer and Ibuypower had all of my needs for a reasonable price

I bought this computer for my daughter for Christmas. It was purchased 11/20/25. As of 3/1 it crashed so often we called an IT person to come try to find out what the issue was. $250.00 later, she suggested we call customer service for the computer since it was still under warranty. I called the number to iBUYPOWER and got a RMA number and was told to ship it back for repair. It has to be shipped a specific way and thru UPS or Fed EX. $365.00 it cost to ship per their instructions. I went to chat with the company and was basically told "too bad". Not their problem and to go ahead and write all the bad reviews I wanted. Horrible business practice and even worse customer service for a terrible product.

I bought my prebuild IBUYPOWER desktop on December 13, 2024. So a year and 2 months in and the RAM stick fails. I would not recommend buying from this company as they dont stand behind their quality. They wont cover the replacement and to top that off they only sell the RAM sticks in packs of 2 and they are trying to get me to shell out $410 dollars. I only paid $1099 for the whole computer. Very poor customer service and obviously poor quality junk if it barely lasts a year.

Purchase 2-Snowblind S Gaming Cases and after opening the first one and building the Entire PC, the LEDs never worked and talked with Tech Support and was told I done everything Correctly and it was a defect in the Case and should be replaced. So I was then transferred to Customer Service and that was not what I got, I was told good luck you bought a piece of crap and we are not going to do anything to help you even though its our product and you have lost Hundreds of dollars, sorry and hung up on me!

easy setup, im not a computer person by no means. works good for what i use it for.

Its a scam. They sold a faulty computer and tried gaslighting when we reached out to customer support. Took the computer to several fix-it shops and everyone says the computer is poorly made and unusable. Ibuypower said they wouldn't refund it or take it back if we tried returning it and that they would charge us more to "fix it" if we tried returning it. It's a shit brand and scam. Don't fall for it.

They have shipping restrictions that won’t allow FedEx to hold the package so they must deliver to the address. FedEx will only attempt to deliver during the middle of a work day so no one is there to receive it.

Ibuypower refuses to adjust the delivery with FedEx meaning it will just be returned to them.

When the money is refunded to me I will not be using it with them and I would recommend you look elsewhere if you can’t be home 24/7 to receive the package.

Your service is, in a word, awful. I guess machines go bad after a month or so of use that can happen. However, It has been months i have been without an operational computer and it took a rediculous amount of time to send it back for repair. Then, another month goes by and still, no word, no computer.
