Don't use this service! No refunds if they don't deliver on services advertised. Very rude when you inquire on services after the advertised time frame. No results since July 2021! I will post back when the service is provided or when I get a refund.

I had purchased a used Ipad on Ebay on September 20th when I was in the US, before flying for a family trip to Costa Rica. Unbeknownst to me the device was locked. I found iclunlock.com after doing a Google search for a service that would help me unlock a device I spent several hundred dollars for. On there website and on their purchase agreement it says it will take 7 days to unlock the device. I paid 49 Euros to get my Ipad unlocked on November 3rd. The iclunlock.com merchant quickly emailed back on November 4th reconfirming it would take 7 days to fulfill the service I purchased. Seven days past and on November 15th I emailed the merchant asking for an update. They told me the service still wasn't ready. On November the 19th I emailed the merchant once again asking for an update and telling them that there purchase agreement said 7 days and we were way past that at this point. They were quick to reply and said there was nothing they can do and to wait for the service completion. I emailed requesting a refund on November 22nd asking for a refund and my email was ignored. I re-forwarded the same email on November 23rd asking for an update. The merchant got back but with a terrible tone saying that they would not answer me further nor reply to my emails. On top of this they said my device was "stolen" and they sent me a payment link to pay more money to complete the unlock. Lastly, they said if I tried to dispute the charge they would report me to the authorities. I have never in my life paid for a service where the "damage control" was to threaten the client. I have no idea how these guys operate but later on I discovered this thread on Trust Pilot with a ton of users have the same exact issues, please take a look at these Trust Pilot reviews before throwing away your money. I believe I got scammed here just like so many other people who have purchased there service.

They're totally scammers I sent 44 Euros for my device to be unlocked yet they haven't unlocked it and they're asking for more money stay alerted don't this site its fake

Cryminals, they talk to you like boom on the street. Took 29 EURO and after 10 days i reachout, he states that the phone in in steal mode and i need to pay another 25 EURO. After another 10 days, no communication, phone still blocked, and customer service person/the guy who run the webpage, scammer after i asked to get my money back is trying to scare me to block my phone - even they never unlocked. I had to call my CC company and filed a dispute. Once again, stay away...their website looks legit but its all scammers

Scam its a complete scam they told me that the watch is in lost/stolen mode and I need to pay extra 25$ for that.
I've stolen my own watch noooo I just forgot the password and I don't have the old phone number anymore that's all.

The absolute worst! It’s been 4 months and they haven’t did nothing….they promised they would be able to Unlock a iPhone I found…..they took my money and stop responding …..DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICES! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM…..they have terrible communication and they talk to you unlike any business would….they are disrespectful and shady company!….I’ve asked for my money back several times and they have not given it back! No service, no money back, no more communication! I want everyone to know to not deal with this company ever in life…..

Scam….. 100% cheating… they will ask 30$ then again they will ask further 25$ and do nothing… don’t Waste your money..

stay away! scam they take $30 to unlock the device and they wont unlock it they keep pushing for 7 days more to unlock it ben a month and still not unlock and now they wont answer bottom line i got scam by them and they wont refund
