Overall, I have had a positive experience with the program. It has been helpful in reducing my overall debt burden. The initial consultant I worked with, Jessica, went a long way to easing my concerns and answering my questions. Since being in the program, I have found the portal to be little tricky to navigate which is why I would say 4 instead of 5 stars.
