I am becoming increasingly frustrated
I am becoming increasingly frustrated. I have returned an item nearly two week ago, I have been patient waiting for my money to be returned. I have not had any confirmation they have received the item also I have sent a few emails enquiring what is going on with my return. This is very worrying, am hoping this is just a mishap and expecting it will get resolved soon.

Be wary if you need to return something
I ordered and paid for a bag with next day delivery. I had a phone call from a nice lady called Lily advising it wasn’t in stock, and would have to wait until the next day to see if any arrived. Offered to refund the express delivery fee, and send it next day if stock came in. As i needed it quickly and there was no guarantee stock would arrive, i went out and bought another bag just in case. The icowhide bag did arrive as promised, but i preferred the quality of the one i had bought elsewhere. I have completed 3 contact forms so far requesting a returns label and a refund. Email received asking if i would keep the bag for a £15 refund. Declined this as I don’t need it, asked again for label to return for refund, advised to complete contact form. Have now done this 3 times starting from the date i received the item and still no label. Will update when i do receive it… Good initial customer service, (after allowing me to order and pay for an item that wasn’t actually in stock)but be wary if you need to return something as it appears to be a frustratingly protracted process!
Finally received returns label and item returned 28/7/26 in unopened perfect condition it came in, ( date stamped photos taken)in original packaging with certificate of posting stamped and tracking number, also emailed this info to icowhide. I do not expect there to be any further delay in refunding the item, and will update review with progress.

Good product good price
Bought a cow skin rug in the sale and was very pleased with the colour and the size. It does have a couple of imperfections but it was a sale item and a natural product. Originally purchased for the lounge but our elderly staff didn’t appreciate the slipperyness so it was moved under the dining table where it’s much at home. Good product good price

I'm giving 3 stars because I had to return the bag I bought. The colour was different from the website, so wasn't suitable for the outfit I wanted to wear with it.
The return process was complicated, and I still haven't received my refund, nor any acknowledgement that my return has been received.
The stars I've given could be reduced to no stars if I don't receive my refund soon

Thank you for the wonderful service you provide. I have a purple sheepskin rug, I love love love it. Not only does it look lovely but it makes me happy looking at it it’s such an unusual colour. I also have four bags, same bag different colours. I bought two because they were in the sale half price, they were so lovely I bought another two. I received my orders really quick.
