Very pleased with the quick response to our inquiry and acceptance of our order.
Disappointed with the time it took for the goods to be delivered. First attempt failed due to driver unfamiliarity with NZ house numbering convention.
I will use Idiya again and recommend them to others.

Thanks for your trust on us , Appreciate your patience . The first delivery attempt failed as no one was at home , we do not charge for second delivery attempt and delivered it . We have multiple delivery vans and drivers , as experienced as they are, This one probably made a mistake on the first attempt and we apologise on his behalf for trouble the delay might have caused. The benifits of controlling the entire delivery chain , is in situations like these where we have direct control over the delivery experience. We will put this incidence to our training manual for future use as well , Thanks you for sharing .

Great product & prices
Great product & prices. Overall happy. The only think not making this a 5 star review was clarity in delivery status - the whole time it said "processing" and gave a date that the goods did not get delivered on so I was guessing when they would arrive.

Such quick service
Bed arrived so much quicker than what I thought it would be. Thank you so much. Only problem was that the there were two planks that were stuck together, when pulled apart it damaged the paint on both. Daughter was super excited and of course dad had to put it together all tonight. She absolutely loves it.

Great Service
We purchased an Outdoor setting "Dakar" and a single chair unit.
The service was excellent and the staff very helpful.
We can not complain at anything and delivery was in 2 days time which was very surprising due to delays in getting some items due to covid. Very happy with all the service. D & C Matthews

hi sorry for delay in shipping we are facing at the moment , I can confirm that your order has been shipped today . It was nice talking to you on phone , I understand the delays are frustrating but contacting us before putting reviews helps us spend more time on job , less on reviews . Idiya ltd is the largest ikea stockist in the entire country and we apologise for the delays in global supply chain , we are working twice as hard but sometimes its taking more than a week , like 9 days in this case.
10/10 Will order from Idiya again
Service was quick and I was kept updated on the status of my delivery the entire time. The delivery men were lovely and I am absolutely stoaked with the product. 10/10 WILL order from Idiya again

Hi, ordering the clocks and getting them to me was excellent, but you could improve on the packaging. The clocks were packed on top of each other in a tower with a bit of bubble wrap over the whole lot in a box that was far to small in height. Regards TON.

There is no real tracking function on order processing
There is no real tracking function to see where the order is. I had to follow-up with email closer to delivery time as there was no indication of the order being filled/despatched/in transit etc and no forthcoming communications to keep us in the loop.
That said, replies to my email were prompt which was most appreciated.
