They have take £33.88 from my account for something i never signed up to open from 8am im still trying to get through now at 9:28am ive emailed them twice has anyone been succesful

Scammers. Have tried like many on here to cancel this subscription that I never signed up for but still they take money out my account.

This is criminal and they need to be stopped.

Thieves!! Appalling behaviour.

After admitting taking my money without my consent they promised it would be refunded within 2-4 days. I rang them on the fifth day to be told "It takes 4-7 days". Its now day 11 and they are refusing to answer the phone. From other reports I've read this is the norm for them.

How can they be allowed to get away with blatant theft?

My wife is a solicitor and we are pursuing legal action against these disgusting thieves.

Has anyone received a refund of there £33.88 after many attempts of getting in touch with them?? Or do i need to take this further??

Has anyone gotten anywhere with this?

They keep taking money out of my account and I keep calling my bank to block it but they still manage to get it!

This is just plain stealing and I want all my money back!

I just called on behalf of my husband, they didn't want to talk to me, yesterday I made an official complaint to the ombudsman they said they would take care of it

Has anybody ever had a response from this company? Repeatedly emailed about them taking money from my account from the beginning of August with no response! I have no reason to believe I've ever signed up to this company, why would I, they don't do anything by the looks of things.

UPDATE
Had to persist on the phone, rang for over 5 minutes but when somebody answered they just said yes we'll refund and cancel any further payments.

Read James Johnsons review he is spot on, unfortunately you will never get refunded off these scammers but you can block them taking more payments by contacting your bank and they can block that company from taking any more funds

Hi there. It just happened to me. They took from my account £33.88. Can someone please give me their phone number because i don’t know how to contact them i can’t access their website.

Fraudulent plain and simple, you are asked to enter card details when applying for a loan and that they will take 11p, I then ticked the box that said "I do not want idmonitoring service at £33.88". Immediately after ticking this box £33.88 came out my bank luckily I took a screen shot so will be using this as evidence. They keep closing down and opening as a different company the last one was mysocialreport, please please report them to the financial ombudsmen and let's get them stopped and shut down.

This company has fraudulently taken money out of my account for a service I did not sign up for. IMPOSSIBLE to contact, numerous phone calls and emails with nothing answered. Disgusting, this company needs to be shut down.

Exactly the same story with me, I never signed up for this!
They have taken over £60 from me and they don't answer my emails or phone calls!

I am going to have to report this to the police.

I have sent 10 emails phoned 6 times in a space of 4 days they have only took £33.88 out of my bank once I managed to get through to them by phone today phone call lasted about 1 minute they new all my details just by calling them they said sorry are emails are down phone lines not been working I threatened them with the police and my bank then they said your money will be transferred back to your account with in 1 to 7 hi days think the abuse I gave to them down the phone they won't be coming back people do not trust these thieving people contact your bank like I did to stop the subscription that this company sign you up for with out your knowledge company should be shut down

This is a fraudulent company that will take money out of your account without authorization. Only positive is after 4bor 4 days trying to get through to them they refunded it straight away.

Have taken £33.88 from my bank - despite numerous emails and phone calls and opting NO for the service. This is absolutely disgusting and I dont know how these people can sleep at night - next step will be to contact the financial ombudsmen about the companies this is affiliated with and how this happens in the first place

Absolute scam. Took money out of the account and I haven't even heard of these people! Or this business
.....I haven't even made any payments recently. Bank told me I might have accidently bought something! Reporting it to the police.

I haven't a clue who point social and score my social are and what there all about.about a month ago was looking at my bank statement online and noticed from April to end of June they were taking money from my account 11p then it would be £33.88.got in touch with bank and told them haven't a clue who and why they been taking money never ever spoke to anyone on phone and signed up to anything.bank cancelled my visa and sent me new 1 out.then on Monday 5th august logged in to my account and noticed IDMONITORING.co.uk took 11p and £33.88 out on 30th of July.rang bank and they have put a stop on all online transactions.only just found out IDMONITORING is point social.so av had 4 continuous months of getting robbed.while I was on phone to bank on Monday telling them about the money going out.i asked how the fraud team got on about the 3 previous months if i was getting refunded was told no fraud team had no luck getting my money back.so now they taking money again last week would like to know if I get that refunded . I mean am on benefits get paid every two weeks and to be getting scammed £35 pounds a month is scandalous that is two weeks of shopping for me.also 1st time last month when I noticed it seen another transaction for £9.99 they were called buy via.com and been taking £10 month going back to September last year.so they got cancelled and didn't have a clue what they done but didn't get a penny back,these people should be jailed.feel like going to London road in barking and burning their property to the ground 😡

Shower of bottom feeders who bee works and runs this company not a clue how they manage to say u sign up and take money. And naff all u can do about it. offices address might even get a visit and I’ll get my refund that way

The website is a leech website from another website.

Fraudulent website, simply because of the fact that they will immediately deduct the money £33.88 + 0.11p EVEN IF YOU PRESSED NO to buying the product.

So far phone rings but no one answers. e-mail is also being ignored.

Might have to go through your bank to block this Fraudsters and scammers.

Will be reported as Fraud. And will be reported to my Bank's fraud department...

Didnt sign up to this but they have taken money from my bank ive tried calling and sent emails but still no response from them
