pleasant technician, but repair was lengthy as basic parts not available and then fitted parts defective. took 3 attempts to finally have device back to working order.

The same day service is fantastic. The only problem was that my phone became very unresponsive as if the touch sensors were out of whack. Given the distance I had to walk to get there from work I didn’t take it back and instead opted to buy a new phone as my contract had reached its expiry.

The guys were great. On time and fixed the phone no fuss

Quick service, Phone calls answered but had to pay to someone else to fix a problem that they made as they said it wasn’t their fault!!

So nice to receive such outstanding service. Had two phones repaired perfectly in the past week and will be taking my daughters MacBook in tomorrow.
