I had solar panels installed on my property last year after been told I qualified for a government grant all went well with the fit out
Then the Pigeon problem arose I was not advised it could be an issue or offered pest barriers but pigeons are nesting underneath which on research can cause serious problems I.E corrosion /fires loss of efficency
I contacted the company who after numerous calls and messages asked me to get a quote to rectify
which I have done
The cost is over £400 other quotes over £700 they are now not responding
Solar panels which were pushed on me are now going to cost me to sort
think seriously before going ahead with saving the planet

We had solar panels and storage heaters installed under the eco4 scheme via ienergy, From the first contact, to brian coming to do the survey we were really looked after and the communication was superb, the electricians were really professional and tidy, I cannot recommend them highly enough not to mention how grateful we are as this has greatly improved our quality of life.

I had a leaflet through the door and within no time at all I had a survey loft insulation storage heaters and solar panels at no cost due to a heart operation. George and Rico the fitters were just great. Highly recommended all round

Had a leaflet through for ienergy regarding the grant scheme, I had registered with the council about a year prior and never heard anything from them other than you will have to wait. Brian and Zoe came out and were really easy to speak to explained everything and within weeks I had fitters coming out to install. Everything was really smooth and quick, I was able to contact Brian whenever needed and he always did his best to help. Fantastic company would definitely recommend. George and riko the electricians were also super polite and answered any questions and worked with me on where stuff could go rather than just putting it where was easiest

I had solar panels, storage heaters and loft insulation fitted 2 weeks ago, all under the government eco scheme. The guys that did the panels and heaters were great. They went over and above to help me with an electrical problem. Would definitely recommend using them

I had a cold call from Brian about the eco4 boiler replacement, we had tge survey a few says later, 3 days after that we got notificationbof approval, the new baxi boiler was installed the following day. Our gas use has dropped to just 45pence per day, I am more than happy with the service, Brian is a lovely guy, honest and trustworthy.

Firstly, I tried to apply to the Eco4 scheme with other tradesmen, but they wasted my time and took ages to get the ball rolling. These guys called me the day after I applied to them and got my installation booked in for the next week!

The workmen turned up on time and were very efficient. They did an amazing job and even changed an unused fused spur to a socket for me. Everything was very done neatly and they cleaned up well after. Highly recommend! All done under the Eco4 scheme, so for free

Sam did an excellent job. Fitted high quality heating equipment to a high standard. Working around my awkward property. I was particularly impressed how he didn’t rush and ended up working an extra day than he’d planned to get the job done properly. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Sam & Tom! Installed first time central heating which Inc boiler and rads.
They were respectful of my home, kept us informed, made us laugh at times (you know why lol) and just decent lads.
Sam did a great job in putting my mind at ease as I suffer with anxiety and also making sure it looked aesthetically pleasing in its location (no bodge job) I would 100% recommend Sam to do your install!! Left everything of an evening tidy. Thanks!

Ali of IEnergy has been very professional in installing solar panels, internal wall insulation and heaters in a number of my flats. He has done everything from applying for the ECO4 grants, liaising with tenants and the installation. Would recommend.

All the staff that I dealt with were friendly and professional, the guys who install the different items were polite and tidied up each time. This was all arranged through our landlord and myself.

After receiving some information on the energy grants, I managed to get in touch with iEnergy. From the beginning of going over how I qualify - to booking in a survey, it was very quick and easy. I was however sceptical at the beginning, of the scheme, but when the surveyor came round, they were able to answer and explain how the scheme worked and what exactly they would be doing.
From the survey, within 1-2weeks I had work done, first it was my loft and then I had a new heat source alongside solar panels installed. The process of installation and explanation again from the installers was brilliant. I couldn't be happier with what's been done in the property and would just like to thank lEnergy. It's definitely helped me and the property.

Sam and Tom did a marvellous job installing a new boiler and first time central heating radiators in to my bungalow . Efficient and very communicative and patient. Excellent job and I cannot fault them . They had a very very difficult job removing a warm wire heating system that was as old as the Ark but took it all out no problem . Highly recommended company . Thankyou !!

As i am under the threshold for pay living alone this work was all done for free, solar panels and storage heaters all round the house. Done in a day great work

Today I've had Solar panels fitted, storage heaters & a loft installation all due having a Heart condition & I didn't have to pay a penny. It all happened so quick, very impressed with the service & the installers. Thank you to you all.Lynn

Good work fast and reliable keeping place tidy

The team arrived on time, they were cheerful, friendly and efficient. They worked hard all day with no cross words and left everything neatly installed and everywhere clean and tidy.
Delighted, would definitely use them again. Thoroughly recommend.
