I came into this service, really struggling to continue out my daily life without being consumed by my anxiety, but prepared to do something to change that.
I had Kevin Tait as my therapist and he was amazing!
He personalised the methods and processes in line with my life and problems, and was so kind.
At the end of our sessions i came out feeling positive, confident and calm, and am now able to manage my anxiety in a way that has truly changed my life and the way i process things.
i cannot thank Kevin enough and am really happy with the progress i have made and will continue to make!

I am reviewing the CBT text based service as referred through the NHS. First of all, any service like this one may or not be right for you, everyone is different. But I have to say, I didn’t think it would be for me and I couldn’t have been more wrong. There is little risk or initial effort needed to register and start this so I was able to get over my concerns and get the conversation going. It was a pretty quick turnaround to start sessions, I only had three over the space of a month. I would’ve preferred a set time every week, but the demand on the service makes it understandable that it’s not possible. Because it’s a lower risk lower constraints service, it is naturally less personalised and there is a clear process that they follow. This by itself may have limited use to you depending on your needs. However, the conversations around this are still useful, and the little side notes or realisations are the big win here. I did the activities such as breaking down the triggers for emotional fragility, and whilst it felt like baby steps and a bit generic, I found that thinking about it after the session and trying to apply it to a real situation did help. In addition to this, my clinician, Lianne Blackwell, was great for me as they were informal and seemed to understand my perspective on the process without me really discussing it. For example, when referring to stress build up, they referred to it as a bucket being filled up and then overflowing. I find these kind of metaphors a bit silly and “wishywashy” but they didn’t focus too much on the metaphor and made sure I was given the chance to explain it in my own words. It still feels a bit of a wishywashy conversation from my perspective, but accepting that these conversations are some of the most important that people often avoid because it’s a bit soft looking, was really valuable to me. Finally, Lianne was very good at checking I was safe and in a healthy mindset every session. At one point I wasn’t, and it seemed that the process or set activities were pushed aside so they could focus on me which I really appreciated. And when I explained my situation more and some difficulties that were maybe slightly out of the scope of the session, they still took the time to offer help, validation and solutions. I like being offered solutions (especially from someone I trust as an expert), but I know many people prefer just comfort and support, which I feel I also got in good balance. This service is probably not the most wholistic life changing service out there, but it is incredibly easy to start (the hardest part) and undoubtedly some of the best value time I have spent to help myself and get through tough times. I cannot afford to spend much money on private support, so services like this are absolutely essential for people like me to keep going and climb out of the rut. If you’ve never tried therapy, this is the best place to start. Thanks Mindler, and thanks Lianne!

To my Therapist: Thank you – so much – for everything. For the steady, safe space you held for me; for helping me untangle everything that felt so overwhelming; for guiding me to see the strength and clarity that was already there inside me. For respecting my boundaries, always respecting my truth, and walking this path right beside me until I was ready to walk it confidently on my own. I’m going back to my life now with a whole new way of seeing things. I know there will still be ups and downs ahead, but I feel so much stronger and better prepared for whatever

Please would you be so kind as to pass on the following testimonial to both the hierarchy and Cilente, and confirm it done?
TESTIMONIAL
I am a military veteran, and I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2021, arthritis in both knees in 2023, and survived cancer twice in 2024, and my doctor recommended therapy for my PTSD in 2025 and 2026, part of which was a three month course with Mindler in 2026, and Cilente was my allotted therapist.
To say she has been the most understanding, kind, efficient and competent person in this position is an understatement, as although I am still not cured, and continue to struggle, it is certainly not from Cilente's lack of empathy or knowledge, and I have to say that I was very lucky to have her in my medical orbit.
Her calm demeanour, warmth and genuine caring, added to her patience and sense of humour, has helped me inexorably in my fight to to beat the demons, and she has helped me through some really dark times. This, coupled with the fantastic Mental Health toolbox she has given and taught me,
has improved my life to the point that I have been discharged as an 'in recovery' patient, and I feel better than I have ever felt before, albeit the struggle continues daily.
I am now able to cope much more, feel more confident, and I am hopeful for the future, due in no small part to the consummate professional that is Cilente Bosman.
Please pass this on to her management team, and to Cilente herself, as she deserves the full props thrown her way.
Thank you.

I felt understood and my feelings were validated in such a way it enabled me to stop procrastinating on tasks I found emotionally triggering. My therapist shone a light on the gaps in my thinking and how damaging the reticence was being without making me feel guilty. I was able to consolidate my learning over 3-4 months and no longer feel trapped by my overwhelm. I’m free from my vicious cycle, 1st time in 20 years, WOW.

I honestly can’t recommend my therapist, Kevin Tait enough. I was extremely anxious beginning this process, but, from the very first session, he made me feel completely at ease: creating a safe and validating space where I could just be myself without worrying about being judged.
Along with his compassionate ear, he gave me practical tools and ways of thinking that were not overwhelming and realistic to action in my life. With his help in implementing this things, little by little, things started to shift, and I began to feel more like myself again.
His depth of knowledge and experience helped me to understand what was actually happening with my mental health, not in a complicated or overwhelming way, but in a way that made sense to me. That understanding helped me begin to gently challenge and change my thinking.
Kevin has such a natural warmth and a great sense of humour, which made sessions feel relaxed, and I always left feeling a bit lighter and a lot stronger.
I’m so grateful for the support he’s given me. He’s helped me find my way back to my playful, creative self and instead of being fearful, I’m excited about the future, I can’t thank him enough for that.

I'm so glad I had this type of online therapy. I was a bit undecided at first, but desperate and had nothing to lose. It was good because I could just type how I felt without the embarrassment of breaking down face to face with someone.
The therapist was so understanding and gave me excellent advice and explained how to use certain skills to overcome my problems . Encouraging me all the way.
I'm so much better now thanks to her.
I still use the tips I was given if I start to feel down again.
I can't thank them enough.

Kevin a very good clincian. I have really worked well with him. He adapted the skills I needed to learn to help fit my neurodiversities.

Unfortunately with a combination appointments being rescheduled last minute or the therapist just not turning up, I was never able to have an appointment. This occurred over the course of 2-3 months. I was told they would connect me to a new therapist after my previous one missed our sessions with no messages beforehand, but this didn’t happen and then I got a letter saying my own lack of response led to me being dismissed from the service.
The communication was terrible and I found myself having to chase them to even answer my messages. I’d also requested a female clinician and when asking to change they initially assigned me to a man. I have been dealing with some pretty strong issues and considering they are a therapy service they seemed not to care, which is really sad as I really wanted this to work out.

Online therapy has helped me hugely with dealing with my PTSD. Kevin is so knowledgeable and every session felt very catered to my personal experience and way of thinking. I've had therapy before which was very 'work through this sheet', but this was the opposite, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed in my sessions and was allowed and encouraged to take the time to feel my emotions. I've struggled with using mindfulness in the past as a tool to help regulate my emotions, but I learnt so many skills in my sessions that it has now become part of my everyday. I can't thank Kevin enough for the skills he's taught me as well as his knowledge, kindness and compassion.

Was referred to ieso from the NHS due to low mood and anxiety. Was in a dark place and really struggling with life in general before I started. Was very nervous at first as I have never done anything like this before, but Kevin Tait made me feel comfortable from the get-go. He really knows his stuff and is a great listener. Went through everything from my past to what makes me feel down or anxious now, and looked at what we can do to challenge and improve these feelings. Kevin has helped me to recognise my feelings and avoid safety behaviours that may make these worse, as well as showing me it is okay to feel this way at times and what I can do to help get out of the low moods and anxious feelings. I have left therapy feeling so much better about my life, and i feel ready to take on future challenges that await. If anyone is reading this that is considering therapy, as a man who wasn't necessarily taught to talk through his feelings and emotions, please do it. It can literally save your life and make you a better person. Kevin you are amazing and I'm sure you will help many more people like me in the near future!

Kevin has consistently been marvellous, his wealth of knowledge, particularly regarding unhelpful behaviours and the negative, fixed beliefs I have carried, even when those beliefs lacked a factual basis, has been invaluable. He guided me to question myself and assisted in developing practical tools and skills, all of which will be instrumental as I continue on my journey. More than that, Kevin has helped me to identify pathways towards healing from pain and harm that was never truly mine to carry, especially for so long.
Kevin has not only been a source of support but has become my guiding light. In moments of despair, when feelings of being overwhelmed threating to spiral out of control, I know I will recall his calming voice. He has empowered me to validate my feelings in the moment, offering steadfast support as I learn to sit with uncomfortable distress, confident in the knowledge that these feelings will pass and that I will be alright in the end.
I am deeply grateful for everything Kevin has given me: his knowledge, his skills, his kindness, and, most importantly, his ability to not only listen, but to truly hear and see me.
Thank you, Kevin, for all that you have done.
Tschüss, you wonderful human being.

Dissapointing.. Don't bother - Had my first session, but then I couldn't log in to the website and missed my session. There is no way of contacting them - They don't answer the phone, reply to messages or emails!!! I'm left feeling dissapointed and frustrated!!!

I've never tried online therapy before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the tips I was given. I had 3 sessions, but IESO is a good starting point for therapy. The advantages of online is talking freely from the comfort of your own home, and there was plenty of evening availability.
