IfShe is a personalized jewelry brand founded in 2013, and www.ifshe.co.uk is our UK store. Every piece is made to order for one person: names, birthstones, photos and engravings turned into necklaces, bracelets, lockets and rings. Our range covers photo projection jewelry, birthstone keepsakes for mums, nans and grandmas, matching couples' bracelets, personalised name necklaces and moss agate engagement rings — crafted in 925 sterling silver with hypoallergenic finishes. Most of our customers buy for a moment that matters: birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Mother's Day, Christmas, or in memory of someone loved. That is why every order is checked against the personalisation you enter — engraved names, chosen birthstones, uploaded photos — before it goes into production. Photo projection pieces hide your picture inside the stone, visible with your phone flash; lockets hold printed photos placed at our workshop. Because every item is engraved or assembled individually, orders are produced to your specification and shipped with tracking. I ordered 2 bracelets
I ordered 2 bracelets on the 12th of December and paid £29 pound for express shipping (3-5) business days. I have now been told that it won’t arrive until the 29th of December. I only paid for express shipping so it would be delivered before Christmas. No response from customer service.

We've checked your order: it left our workshop on 23 December and the tracking shows it was delivered on 24 December. The 3–5 business days on the express option is transit time after production, and we should have made that clearer at checkout. Awful quality and nonsensical policies.. some of the items unclear what you’re getting. Would not recommend to anyone. Also takes 3 weeks to get to you

On quality: every item is covered by our 60-day return and exchange policy, and if a piece arrived different from what was shown, we remake or refund it at our cost. Awful
Awful - sent incorrect item - customer service so unhelpful rude - item I did receive was such poor quality cheap orange metal colour I ordered silver. Avoid at all costs - refused to refund me. Scam company - you won't get what expected.

Receiving the wrong item, or a colour different from what you ordered, is covered in full by our 60-day policy: we either remake the piece or refund it, and we pay the return postage. We can't see a refund on our side, so this was not resolved the way it should have been. Diabolical customer service, very potentially a scam as seen on other review site, avoid at all costs as you won’t get all your money back once you try and refund.

Received a locket which fails to even close, tried contacting them to resolve and was informed that this is normal!? Avoid at all costs!!!!

I got a 2 name necklace with 2…
I got a 2 name necklace with 2 birthstones.I think there could be bigger name on it.
My husband ordered it at 28th April and I got it today (12th May). Costumer service has quick reaction and helpful.
It's wonderful necklace same like on the picture. My daughter and my son are with me at all the time.
I can only recommend it to everyone.
