Best fitted a boiler for us yesterday and we are very happy with the friendly service and we would highly recommend.

I had a toilet leak and was recommended Bert by my daughte . He was extremely efficient in repairing the toilet issue . Polite and professional all round great job .Couldn't recommend Bert enough!

I had several different firms to see why my boiler was leaking. All said it was different things. Bert came and within seconds he worked out what it was and fixed it straight away. We had a complex problem but Bert took the time to find the root cause and also fixed the issue. 100% trust and great support team too - first class and highly recommended.

My boiler broke on a Monday and I had no one to fix it. I was worried about the cost and who to use. I looked on Checkatrade and found igas engineers. Within one hour I had Danny round to look at the boiler free of charge. By the next day I had a comprehensive list of my options. By the Friday I had Owen in fitting a new boiler! I have to say that on the day Owen worked tireless all day to get the job done. Very polite young man and tidy workmanship.
igas have been superb from the time I contacted them until the boiler was fitted. Good communication and reasonable prices. No pushing, just sound advice on what was right for me. Excellent Service

I moved into a property to find I had no gas supply and no hot water.

I put the job on a website that matches customers with local companies who can fix their problems and Bert responded really quickly confirming when someone would be round to investigate the issue.

On the day, the guys showed up promptly and were really professional and friendly and sorted out the issue in no time and I had hot water half an hour later.

I have a very old boiler and would be looking to replace it and when the time comes for it to be replaced, I am definitely looking at going with i Gas Engineers Ltd as I was very impressed with them.

In the meantime, I would (and have) recommend them to anyone with boiler issues or similar issues.

My gas supply pipe had sprung a leak somewhere in the house and the supply had been condemned / shutoff by Southern Gas networks. So, with no boiler or kitchen hob it was an urgent case to get it fixed.

Bert turned up the same day I contacted him to survey the pipework and advised on possible solutions. A quote arrived a few days later followed by our assigned engineer Remi a few days after that.

Remi did a magnificent job, at first, we thought they were going to have to take up our very expensive kitchen floor to run a new pipe to the gas hob. But Remi worked out a way to route through the roof of the pantry then down and underneath the sink/dishwasher and assorted kitchen cupboards. It was a plumbing ‘work of art’ still not quite sure how he managed it, but it saved us having to pay for a new floor.

Honest. Reliable and very hardworking, and reasonable prices, can’t ask for much more really
