Unreliable
The software is great. TOns of great options to hndle your bookings easily. I love the website builder.
But the amount of bugs have made the platform unusable. Automatic messages are often not being sent, leading to confused and lost guests. Sometimes I can't access messages from a specific guests.
I'm going to be looking elsewhere because I can't trust them

iGMS has always had superior support…
iGMS has always had superior support and a product that has everything we need to manage two rental properties, from ownership, to team members and task assignments. We have been using them since January 2022 - 3-1/2 years now. The coordination between admin and renters is extraordinary with the inbox feature and the automations of many templates that can be sent out with little effort on our part. Connecting the iGMS program with the external channels such as Airbnb and VRBO was a breeze to set up. We even had a property owner switch when the properties were sold and iGMS could easily go on as if no property owner switch had taken place. In other words, we did not have to take-down and rebuild from scratch. I have never seen such robust programming have such a user friendly management. iGMS has thought of it all and has really put their users as their highest priority. Every single chat support agent is a real human being and extremely knowledgeable and very fast with their answers, never having to wait on them and never having to get frustrated with them. I would also like to say that I use the chat support a lot rather than going to look through documents and it is really nice that they don't refer me to go read some lengthy document but actually tell me how to do something right there and then, right in the chat conversation. They have never guided me to go look something up myself. It's almost as if they have nothing else to do but to help me. Most people are in a hurry and you have to repeat your questions. Not with iGMS! I cannot say enough about the entire platform and I highly recommend them.

I run 8 glamping sites on my property, and I am able to manage all of them with ease thanks to iGMS. All software have their issues, but whenever something comes up, iGMS support is speedy with their response. An incredible tool for str management!

We’ve had a great experience working with iGMS so far. I’ve been in regular contact with Dan, and the communication has been excellent throughout. He offers clear guidance and genuinely looks for solutions to every issue that comes up. If a direct solution isn't immediately available, a workaround is always quickly provided.
One thing I really appreciate is the responsiveness, emails are answered daily, and we never have to wait longer than 24 hours for a reply. On top of that, support meetings are easy to schedule and often available the same day, free of charge.
Overall, the service feels reliable, proactive, and personal, exactly what we need to run our business efficiently.
I've been with iGMS for three years.
I've been with iGMS for three years. The support team have been able to sort out my issues on most occasions. Most of the time it's been due to me not knowing the software and learning how it works. There have only been a couple of instances where I have had to email support that was beyond the chat support and they were able to fix the problem straight away.
IGMS is an excellent platform for management of short term rentals
IGMS is an excellent platform for managing my short term rentals. It has the ability to sync my booking calendar for AIRBNB, VRBO, and Booking.com preventing double bookings. I has also made messaging my guest easier because I can do it from the software regardless of which booking engine I am using. I would recommend it to anyone looking to start a short term rental business or even anyone managing just one STR property.

They won't deactivate your account unless you book a call with them, ask many times and still don't do anything. worst service. please deactivate my account for the last time,
honestly a damn shame considering i have many listings and was trying to try out your service and yo u cannot let me cancel from your software. which then leads to me not being able to block or open dates on my calendar.. great.

iGMS does everything I need it to do, and it does it well.
iGMS is a well-designed and effective application for managing my property. It's simple to use and has the features I need. I particularly like that (1) it receives the prices I need from PriceLabs, adjusts them for each channel, and feeds them on correctly, (2) working with the calendar is efficient and it syncs quickly, (3) supports AirBnb co-host integration, (4) my cleaning team can access the calender, (5) it integrates with my home heating setup, and (5) the customer support is super responsive. Essentially is does everything I need it to do, and it does it well.
