Good quality water bottles as described
Samples were ordered and arrived in good time. As the samples do not arrive with a logo on I wanted to be clear about the positioning of the logo and received a quick response.
We ordered two styles of water bottles and very pleased with the results. It can be uneasy ordering in high quantities hoping they will be just as described, it helped receiving a proof beforehand. We are very pleased with the results including speedy delivery.

Quality product, easy process
Ordered some custom print notebooks and I am impressed with the quality of the product and printing. Easy to order, proofing was quick and easy and a fast turn around. I will be using this company again and can recommend them.

We thought we'd found a UK-based…
We thought we'd found a UK-based company. We hadn't - it has a UK 'sales office'. And the disconnect is shocking - production facility just doesn't care. We went through a long drawn out process trying to order a TWO-TONE mug (black exterior, white interior) with an engraved logo on one side. Simple right? After numerous "computer says NO" type conversations we settled on a TWO-TONE mug (literally the product title) with the correct engraving size. By now we've wasted 2 weeks and an important customer is getting twitchy. Our order arrives (by now we're over a month) and it's a ONE-TONE product -black exterior, black interior. Sales manager tried to fob us off and it took the threat of legal action to get a 50% refund. Awful experience - WILL NOT USE AGAIN!!

Our organisation places great importance on the standards by which we conduct business with our partners, and in the vast majority of cases, this works very well. It is true that things occasionally go wrong on our side, but when we seek to resolve an issue and are met with behaviour that contradicts these standards, maintaining a healthy business relationship no longer makes sense.

AWFUL! NOT UK-based and it shows!
