Once they have your money the attitude changes straightaway and responses to queries, from someone called Maria, were curt at best, nasty at worst. I felt at times that I was being addressed like a schoolchild instead of an experienced physician. I considered making a complaint but decided just to never use them again.

After spending thousands you are left with absolutely no reference materials unless you subscribe.
The java format they use is clunky, unwieldy and user unfriendly.
If you're on mobile it glitches or doesn't load because they have made it so unnecessarily complex.
You can't read more than a few lines without having to flip cards or click "expand" or read needlessly long vignettes. It felt like one of those "choose your own adventure" games.
Page after page of overdesigned, poorly written notes and disability unfriendly because, for example, read aloud software doesn't work.
They've made it as difficult as possible to view the information.
