I had to buy parts to my new trampoline…
I had to buy parts to my new trampoline because there was no flat slabs in original packaging!!! Customer service not responding so I didn't want to wait any longer to avoid more disappointing of my children! They even didn't respond to my email! Quite unfair that I had to buy something what should be already in the box when you buying new trampoline!

Amazing Customer Service
I can not say enough on what amazing service this company has shown , I called to purchase replacement items , there was no fault with the Trampoline , just an act of god (wind) that bent the poles. There was no question you confirmed you would send the replacements out as soon as. Thank you so much :)
