I had the greatest customer service…
I had the greatest customer service experience with Gian today. I had ordered & received the Super Serum Skin Tint with SPF 40 sunscreen & used it for about a week but wasn't 100% sold that it was the right product for me. The coverage was great & the best tint color I had ever been matched with but, at age 73 with combination oily skin especially my forehead I'm not interested in looking more dewy.
I reached out to customer service & connected with Gian. She had my picture, knew what tint color I had been using & then matched me up with the Skin Rewind Complexion Stick which should work with my mature skin. These are great products backed up by employees that actually care about the customer. How refreshing!

Extremely poor shipping and customer communication
Where is my order?
I am furious. I placed an order a week ago and though the website says 2-3 business days, it's been 7 days (5 business days days) and I still have not received confirmation that it has been sent.
I thought it was a scam and after sending emails to customer support, which I've received three automated responses from, but still no answer to my question, I am still unsure if it's a scam.
On top of this I signed up to VIP membership and have received 7 emails since urging me to buy things or try things, when I still have not received the products I've bought that you may or may not have shipped, but you've definitely taken payment for.
I am extremely disappointed by this customer experience from a brand I assumed to be fairly high quality. This really is extremely below the base level of customer experiences in 2025. Amazon shops turn around their shipments and responses faster.

The Before Dawn product wasn’t quite what I’d expected and Tavonia was kind and incredibly helpful in all communication, and she provided mutiple (and very generous) options to resolve the issue. It’s also the fastest response I have ever received from any customer service!

Beyond Outstanding Customer Service! Thank you Gian!
I have loved the skin tint serum for years. The VIP sale came up and I was having trouble with an order and the promotion working (total user error). I opened the little online chat and Gian popped up to help me. Gian went above and beyond to help me and be sure that I was taken care of. Gian was professional, kind, helpful and generous with her time and expertise. So, not only are the Ilia products amazing, so is their customer service! 10/10 recommend them!!!
