Professional, friendly, easy to get in touch with when needed. Reasonable price for the service offered.

I initially looked at these movers as I liked the name, but it turns out their pricing was fair (though be sure to specify if you need any extras such as floor covering or waste disposal) and they were quick to respond and book me in. On the day the move itself only took about 4 hours, the team (2 people) were quick, efficient and friendly. Would happily use them again in the future.

The movers themselves are great, its the admin and communication from the office that needs some work. They have now made contact and refunded the parking charge.

Adam and Abi were top quality, came on time, helped collect and deliver to room of choice. Really went over and beyond. Id definitely recommend them and use again if needed.

I’ve used the company before and they have been excellent throughout. Today both Adam and Abi were absolutely amazing. Moving is stressful and they took away the stress. Both were very friendly, polite, professional, helpful and super quick. I would definitely recommend.

Jacob and Martina were very professional and did an excellent job.

Booking process was smooth, price competitive and removal guys arrived on time and were friendly.
Unfortunately a lot of time was spent dismantling 2 pieces of furniture (that the last company we used did in minutes) meaning we went over our time and the job was not completed. A fair amount of (boxes, tv’s, large plants etc) stuff was left in the old property and we were advised to arrange alternative means of transportation ourselves…

Delighted with recent move. Adam and Ali packed carefully and cleverly installed things in a garage. Admin with Jhoti was professional, timely and courteous.

I trusted this company with 3 removals and the storage of my jome contents for several years whilst I was an expat. They did every job with care and respect. My contents well in perfect condition after several years in storage. They have been extremely helpful and dedicated over the phone too. Totally recommended.

After a long video call showing everything we needed to move, and reassurances about boxes, packing, and moving team, the packers showed up and we left the house.

When we returned it was clear that they hadn't had enough boxes as lots of unsuitable items for packing in bin bags had been packed in them. Furthermore, many breakable or otherwise fragile items were not properly wrapped, those I could see I did myself.

When moving day came, a van showed up that was in no way big enough for everything we had to move (medium-large 3-bed home). The moving team didn't even know that we had furniture to move!

Therefore the move took a lot longer. Unfortunately one box was dropped as the team were rushing (as had to do multiple trips - thank goodness we weren't moving too far away). By Murphy's Law this was a box full of badly-wrapped wine and beer glasses, many collected from travels overseas so irreplaceable.

We had paid for the dismantling and reinstalling furniture option on top of the packing and moving. Needless to say, the team were utterly exhausted near the end, which shows in how some of the furniture was then assembled (shorn screws, rickety kids beds, etc.) We also had to move some items ourselves such as the TV, fish tank, picture frames, stained glass etc. as we didn't trust that they would be safely transported.

The moving team were excellent, but it was unfair on a group of 3 guys to move all that furniture and those boxes, and in such a small van that it necessitated several trips.

Seriously unimpressed and have been sure to recommend people do NOT use them. Hopefully other people have had far better experiences than we did.
