A first class experience from beginning…
A first class experience from beginning to end. The sale of our late mother's property was emotionally challenging, but Lee, Sian and the team provided us with a professional service throughout. From the initial meeting with Lee, at the property, through to the onboarding process for service engagement, along with the viewings, offer and purchase completion, we could not have asked for a more seamless process. An excellent agent that I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Excellent from start to finish
I Love Homes helped us buy a property and supported us throughout the whole process, making everything quick and easy. Even after we had completed the purchase, they contacted us to check how we were getting on, which was a lovely touch.
After refurbishing the property, we reached out to them again for a valuation, and they had this completed within a day. The level of service has been consistently excellent.
Highly recommend I Love Homes.

Genuinely Excellent Swrvice
I have been with Lee @ I love homes since 2017 when I bought the property in Walsall. Lee has been tge most genuine Estate agent, I have come across, extremely genuine, great knowledge of the field. Gives great advice, helped me in many ways. Highly recommended. Five stars!!

As we are not aware of the property in question, we can only respond in general terms. On occasion, access is not always straightforward. If a property is currently tenanted for instance, then we may have to wait for the tenant to give access.
Bookings for viewings on rental properties are usually booked through the property portals initially. There are several reasons for this. Firstly, it is important to capture the details of the applicant correctly. If a telephone signal is limited or the applicant doesn't speak English as a first language, then it can be problematic establishing details correctly.
The second reason is due to demand. In some instances, we have received over 100 viewing requests for a single property. As you can appreciate, it is not always possible to book a viewing for everyone that has made a request.
That said, we always endeavour to create the best possible experience for all applicants. Unfortunately, there will be occasions where applicants are left disappointed.

Frustrating…
You enquire about a property and they never get back to you. You can’t talk to someone on the phone or online chat as it’s all automated. How are you meant to ask further questions or book a viewing ? Really frustrating.
