I was having an issue with the flashlight and the company was very responsive with fixing the situation. Very impressed with the customer service and the light itself is amazing.

Overall I really like the flashlight. Mine didn't come with any defects, worked great out of the box and used it for almost a year. It failed when I submerged it in about 4 inches of water. It claims to have an IP68 water proof rating, but that wasn't the case with mine. It got wet plenty of times and still worked fine, but I had never completely submerged it. I would buy another one, but be more careful around water next time.

I love my HT-70 headlamp. The battery usage beats all other products on the market. It is brighter and throws farther. The device has all the latest features and includes accessories, unmatched! On top of all that, the Imalent team was incredibly helpful and prompt with my support request. Very pleased with the outcome!

Expensive torch which I was actually quite impressed with for the full 3days that it actually worked!
Customer service is a joke, email addresses are fake and impossible to get a response.
Its a shame the Customer support staff aren't as bright as their torches!

After discovering my headtorch wasn't working after only a couple of months, I. Messaged customer services, explained the problem, sent a video showing the problem and after trying a few steps nothing worked, they just said they would send a replacement headtorch body, arrived today absolutely perfect! Absolutely awesome customer service.

After many emails back and forth, no satisfaction, just a run around. Extremely slow shipping and postage due for an item that had free shipping. I will not be buying anything again from this company.

Got a torch had it in 2022 never used it tried it recently and do nothing in the box the paper says 60 months warranty just had someone from imalent say its two years so I said so you have sent me false information with a 400 hundred pound torch.. they said they will look into it tomorrow because its the middle of the night but ive told them I will not let it drop wish I never bothered with them in the first place 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I recently bought a flashlight from them, DHL lost my package, and they won't respond to start an investigation. Insane customer service.

I brought a torch directly from IMALENT because of their supposed returns policy.
I was not impressed with the brightness and emailed them as to the returns address.
They initially said they are not based in the UK and cannot accept returns.
I wanted to return the torch so I copied and pasted their returns policy.
They then offered money off other torches in their range.
I asked repeatedly to return this torch.
Eventually I'm given an address to an industrial site so I posted it tracked and signed for.
They now say they haven't received it despite the post office confirming it was delivered and signed for.
I wish I had checked this site before buying their product.
I still don't have a refund.
I think their returns policy is fake as per the reviews above.
I would never buy a product from them again.
I advise anyone wishing to purchase an IMALENT product to look elsewhere.

I ordered a replacement charger for one of the larger torches. Paid my money, got an email with details etc. courier didn’t deliver the charger. I got a confirmation email from the courier to confirm that they’d lost it. Sent this to Imalent and asked for my money back. Two months later and they are still fobbing me off with excuses. I know the charger wasn’t expensive, but they should just accept the evidence I have provided and give me my money back. Terrible customer service.

I dropped an MS03 light from a height of 3 feet and the bezel broke off the light along with the lens and reflector. I contacted Imalent about this asking for their help. Their response was to have me purchase a head section for $75.00 (The light cost $129.00). To me this was insufficient because the light was NOT abused in any way. The light simply failed to withstand a fall from a height they claimed it could sustain. I bought a lot of lights from Imalent and they gave zero consideration to this fact and because of this I will not buy another light from them. If you buy a light from them make sure you do not drop it because you will be forced to purchase a part that they should have provided free of charge.

My ms18 is only a little over a year old and the battery is already booket, consideret the price point, that is insane, i afsked for a discount and were offered 20% off, poor service, and no respekt for customers, the new ordered battery delivery time is over 6 weeks

I place an order for two items MS03 and MS18 and got my items in perfect condition within 7 days. Got a phone call from thier friendly customer service a while after i place the order and updated me with my order all the way and was not worried or concern with my order. No lag or delay and im very satisfied with thier products and services. 5 stars!

I bought a flashlight off them and they did not send it to me because they were at a festival (according to them) and then almost a month later and several requests about my order they cancel the order and dont refund me.

I would not recommend doing business with this company if you value your money.

I like many others big kids have loved torches from my ealiest years until now. I love the YouTube promotional videos promoting this torch and therefore I took the plunge and bought an SR16 that claims a beam throw distance of 1715 metres and an output of 55000 lumens.
Why oh why am I so stupid to believe any of this???, this thing is made in China where the truth means nothing and in this case you pay £350+ for a basic bright, hard to operate, flood light just like the 500 watt lights I have on the side of my house. As for the long distance throw claim, well I think I could physically throw the torch further than the beam distance except I would burn my hand on the thing as it gets red hot and makes a really annoying noise when the fan kick in. What a disappointment and a waste of my time but at least i got my money back.

Bought a torch from them it said uk store but I think it travelled from farther away . Got the head of the lamp with impurities which in time will burn and affect the overall performance of the torch.
I paid 130 usd on it and I emailed them still no replay .. never buy from this guys again never ever .!!!!

Poor quality flashlight material and it falls apart too quick
