What is the deal????
Have been ordering with this company over 3 years, always been a good experience until recently. I have been on monthly cycle the past year …. the order is consistently late. This past month it’s So late (over 2 weeks) and won’t be here for another 2 weeks!! 4 weeks???? I used to receive my orders in 2 days! I don’t know if the company is overwhelmed with orders , or lack of help? Going out it business?? I am looking for other places to order from, if anyone knows anywhere else more reliable. I take cbd for anxiety and pain and this is not helping , I’ve had several anxiety attacks since I have literally NO cbd to take. Not only that NO heads up from company like hey it’s delayed or we ran out or anything?? This is NOT okay!!! Very disappointing !!!

Thanks for reaching out and let me first and foremost apologize for any difficulties you’ve experienced, and let me assure that we are not going out of business. To be clear, however, you have had conversations and emails with our customer service folks about the backorder on your gummy order. I do apologize profusely for the delay. These gummies are produced in an overflow facility which was impacted by the recent hurricanes, but product is currently on the way and we will back to normal inventory levels by next week.
The backup product we shipped you was unfortunately delayed by USPS by 2 days due to the Holiday but it does show delivered this morning. These should help suffice until your normal product ships priority next week.
As it relates to the current ship times, all your orders over the past year are showing approximately 6 days from order to arrival. This is, unfortunately, the new normal with USPS from shipments from one coast to the other. If the delivery time is not working for you, we can adjust the shipment day or upgrade your delivery to priority. Let us know what you prefer.
