On May 25, 2024, I placed an order for the Jiaogulan Capsules and the tea. As of July 18, 2024,I have not received the order. Also my credit card was charged 57.80 on May 27, 2024. I sent an E-Mail to your company on July 5, 2024 and requested that someone from your customer service dept. might be able to determine what happened to the order. I did not receive any response from your company.
The Jiaogulan Tea is a staple in my home. I've tried other brands and the teas are weak and appear to have fillers. At least when I purchase this website's products through Amazon, the product is by far the most authentic tasting Jiaogulan tea I've had. I'm a regular customer, have purchased the product at least 8 times, and will continue.

Love this product from this particular company only! I was with them several years before the moved to Amazon and was able to find them again years later off of Amazon. The quality seemed to change when they switched so I tried many others that never compared. Now that I’m back on the original I notice a huge difference. Clarity, energy, all the positive things you would want for a clear mindset and healthy body. Highly recommend them and their products.
Should never quit it before, I was never sick and now I wonder why?, I’m on it again and in 1 week feel my body recognized it happy to drink it again 👍🏽😉

It deeply saddens me to hear that your expectations of our Jiaogulan Tea were not met. As you many be aware, Jiaogulan herb has numerous medicinal properties and just like most of the things that are healthy and good for you - it does not taste great to some people (while others find it very appealing and tasty).
When you are brewing yout tea, you can add some sweetener like organic honey or brown sugar, some of our customers who did not enjoy the raw taste of Jiaogulan found that being a viable solution.
If you are still unsatisfied with the result, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work out a solution that is acceptable for you.
After all, customer satisfaction is our first and upmost priority.

After searching all over the world wide web for credible and trustworthy Jiaogulan suppliers, I came across this company. At first I was skeptical, but after my trial order - I realised that I hit jackpot. The product is of very good quality, standardized and consistent from batch to batch. The customer care representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been ordering Jiaogulan Capsules from them for the past 3 years and I absolutely love the result. I am still yet to try JIaogulan Tea, I have placed an order, awaiting for delivery.
