Desde Grupo Immosol rechazamos categóricamente las acusaciones vertidas en su reseña.

Los materiales empleados en nuestras promociones son de máxima calidad y se seleccionan conforme a los estándares y especificaciones establecidos para cada proyecto.

Consideramos que realizar acusaciones de esta gravedad sin identificarse ni aportar pruebas que las respalden es una actuación irresponsable que puede perjudicar injustamente la reputación de nuestra empresa.

Antes de publicar afirmaciones de este tipo, consideramos fundamental identificarse y exponer hechos concretos y verificables, en lugar de realizar acusaciones desde el anonimato.

Si realmente ha adquirido una vivienda con Grupo Immosol, le invitamos a identificarse y trasladarnos su reclamación a postventa@immosol.com para que podamos revisar su caso.

Estimado Sr. Verpoot,

Desde Grupo Immosol rechazamos rotundamente las acusaciones realizadas en su reseña, ya que no reflejan la realidad de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo por nuestra empresa.

Como bien sabe, se han mantenido numerosas reuniones con usted, en calidad de presidente de la comunidad, con el administrador de fincas y con nuestra dirección facultativa, con el objetivo de analizar y atender todas aquellas incidencias que corresponden a nuestras obligaciones y responsabilidades.

Asimismo, todos los correos electrónicos recibidos han sido contestados y, en aquellos casos en los que ha sido necesario, se han elaborado incluso informes técnicos para evaluar y esclarecer las cuestiones planteadas.

Por tanto, no podemos aceptar que se afirme públicamente que Grupo Immosol elude sus responsabilidades o no atiende las reclamaciones, cuando existe constancia de las reuniones, comunicaciones y actuaciones realizadas.

Una cosa es que determinadas solicitudes no sean procedentes y otra muy distinta afirmar que nuestra empresa no responde o se desentiende de sus obligaciones.

Desde Grupo Immosol seguiremos atendiendo, como hasta ahora, todas aquellas cuestiones que legal y técnicamente nos correspondan, con profesionalidad, transparencia y responsabilidad.

At Grupo Immosol, we do not agree with the statements made in your review.

As is standard practice with all our properties, a snagging inspection was carried out prior to handover, during which you had the opportunity to identify and report any potential cosmetic defects.

We would like to clarify that all issues falling under Grupo Immosol’s responsibility have been addressed, while claims that are not justified due to their nature or that fall outside the established timeframes cannot automatically be considered the developer’s responsibility.

It is important to distinguish between original construction defects and damage that may occur subsequently as a result of the use, maintenance or upkeep of the property, for which the owner is responsible.

Regarding any issues that may still be outstanding, please be informed that these will be reviewed and scheduled according to their nature, priority and level of urgency, taking into account that construction work is currently ongoing within the development. Any work that falls under Grupo Immosol’s responsibility will be handled in accordance with the applicable procedures and warranties.

For these reasons, we consider it unfair to claim that Grupo Immosol fails to fulfil its responsibilities when the relevant issues have been addressed and work continues on those requiring further follow-up.

At Grupo Immosol, we do not agree with the statements made in your review.

The issue you refer to concerns a superficial crack in the exterior monocapa render, located at an expansion joint. This is a cosmetic finish that may undergo minor changes during the natural settling and stabilisation process of a newly built residential development.

It is common for newly constructed properties to require a period of settling and stabilisation during the first few months. Therefore, certain repairs to exterior finishes must be carried out at the technically appropriate time to ensure a long-lasting result.

Your reported issue remains open and is being monitored. The repair will be scheduled once the works on the residential development have been completed.

We therefore appreciate the patience, understanding and cooperation of homeowners, which are essential for properly coordinating these works.

Grupo Immosol will continue to address all issues falling under its responsibility in accordance with the applicable warranties.
