Complete and total scam. This company, Waves Audio, and BabyAudio together scammed me and my audience out of about 5000 USD. I'm sure they've done similar to others in my niche.

For months Impact has avoided sending me the money I earned rightfully through their 'program.' They avoid responses and close my service request tickets. It's definitely a scam. Avoid working with them for anything! It's hideous what they are doing and I am taking action against them.

Trash service.. I gave them all my business information to a guy called taylor garrison and he never came back to me.. for this service is just a scam..

IMPACT SUCKS!!! the UI is trash and any time they give you an issue they immediately blame and pass all responsibility for solving the issue the brand you’re an affiliate for while not even having adequate contact information for them. The fact that Shopify uses them for their affiliate program shows just how far they’ve fallen as a trustworthy company.

When we first cooperate they told us their convertion rate is high and good, and before the payment, they are quite kind, give all thoese template and resources, but after signing the contract, they ask even more, and now it's been a year, we decide to cancel the cooperation, but they say it already subcriped for another year, and constantly sending us email for the subcription fee.

Dated UI, buggy platform that takes so long to load in. Brand choice low quality, lack of any helpful tools and features, minimum payout so high that it smells like a scam. I don't recommend using at all. I thought ClickBank was bad, but I'd trust them more than Impact.

Every time I try to withdraw my funds I get an error about the tax document so the payment can't go through, I've contacted the support and did everything they asked me to, provided all the information, but the error is persisting, and the error doesn't even apply to my tax form, it is endless. They blame they "automation process" but they're not doing anything to fix it, so they don't have to pay us. Stay away from them.

spent so much time filling in an application and then just to get and auto response message that it has been declined and then they send you to a long list to read and try and figure out exactly why, It is truly pathetic

This company is actually Fraudulent so should be avoided. They skimmed my card details even though I did not complete any transaction

Exactly like everyone else says, it's just a scam they will find a way to avoid paying you, they will start complaining about your identity does not work then they will ask you for your passport, if they fail to avoid payments they will immediately stop answering your emails.

Post reviews about Impact on all review platforms.
Ask everyone you know to stop using Impact.com.
Encourage each company to switch to an alternative platform and stop using Impact.com.

I can see that affiliates are not happy with the current experience . Let me share advertisers' perspective.
They use covert fees that advertisers must pay for slot fees, which is basically a legal way of taking money from your account for literally nothing. When an advertiser gets 10 contracts a day from so called publishers they allocate 1000s of dollars to the publishers and get nothing in return.

My experience with impact is really terrible and they now integrate Veriff.com for identity verification and after giving my real identity they Deactive my account without giving my payment and they didn't give you the reason why they deactivate my account..

Awful! They are always finding new ways to avoid giving you the money you’ve earned. It seems like a scam. Now, they’ve added that I’m from Ukraine, so my account is under European sanctions. Hey, I’m not from the terrorist country of Russia, and I do business with many companies around the world without any problems. But here, they wrote the following: “Because of the Russia-Ukraine war, international sanctions, and/or payment method constraints, impact.com is no longer able to process payments to your account.”

I've been running a manufacturing for over 25 years, built from ground up. Over the years, I have signed up with many agencies and companies for marketing as well as hiring individuals. Some good, some bad. Some really bad. Including in some cases individuals who got paid and did not do anything. But none, and I mean NONE were as bad as getting involved with impact.com. I signed up with these guys just after pandemic, and spent a lot of time creating our account, and spend a lot of money on a managed project. As per their own record, we did not generate a single order from them. Although we may have had a few people brought to our site. I can live with that. My own decision. After spending over $35k with them, we stopped working with them and ended our account. Got an email confirmation. Then a few months later, got a bill for $5k since our account was still running. After hours on the phone and email exchange, got an apology and assurance that things were sorted out. Then a few months later, got a bill for $9k. It has been 5 weeks. I have been sending daily emails to all the email contacts I have to clear this up, and no reply. Simply no reply. They last email saying this would be sent for collection soon.

DO NOT EVER get involved with this company. Consider cashing out some money out of your bank account instead and BURN it. It would be less of a headache.

Really bad tool not useful 0 value 0 customer satisfaction Please Don't sign any contract with them I am filing a small claim lawsuit to recover my money.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! 9+ months trying to get paid and still havent received a dime!

They've moved the goal posts constantly, do not communicate, and conveniently find a new reason not to pay at each and every turn.

Genuinely a pure scam!

Can't withdraw my earned money and they don't to care. Worst affiliate platform I have worked with. If I company use Impact and I will reject the collaboration.
