I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. I built a successful in-person coaching business, but transitioning into online coaching is a completely different skill set.
Working with Robbie has helped me understand the structure and systems behind building an online coaching business, including client conversations, communication, and positioning my services.
That shift helped me start thinking about my business much more strategically and given me clarity on how to transition more of my work into the online space.
He’s also been extremely responsive whenever I’ve had questions, which has made the process much smoother.
I’m very grateful for his guidance and support.

I have been in IFCA now three months working with my coach Robbie. I started with IFCA to help me launch a new online offer. With the help of my success coach, Robbie, I was able to get 9 new clients within my time in the accelerator program. More than that, I now have systems in place and the confidence to scale my business.

Working with IFCA has been the best decision I have ever made. PERIOD. The amount of learning and growth I have experienced, both personal and business-wise, since I started with IFCA has been beyond anything I could have expected. IFCA is an incredible program with great automations that set businesses up for success. They care deeply about the individuals they are serving and I had a great personal experience with my mentor, Ethan. I was able to hire an additional assistant coach in my time spent in IFCA and bring in better automations that helped my business run more smoothly.

IFCA has helped me as a business owner & a coach ten fold!! The accelerator program is very fast and developed. I would advise any fitness coach looking to build a healthy, growing business to join IFCA. Of course it’s an investment but it’s totally worth your money. Ethan was my success coach and he is 10/10. He genuinely cares about your business & you as a person. He will meet you where you’re at and help you to where you want to go!

As someone who previously worked in private equity, I did a ton of due diligence on different fitness business mentorship programs before ultimately investing in IFCA. It's the real deal and the team truly cares about my long-term success. Before joining, I listened to one of Erin's Fit Biz podcast episodes multiple times about Leslie, a former student and now success coach, who risked it all to pursue her dream and despite starting from ground zero she was able to be incredibly successful with her new business in a short time span. This resonated deeply with me because my pivot into coaching had me starting at ground zero too. But only 2.5 months into the program, I've made nearly half my investment back already! And I have Leslie as my 1:1 success coach, which I was stoked about. I couldn't recommend IFCA enough to those brand new to business like me, it's worth it.

💖I would give 4.5 stars to IFCA. I really appreciate their educational materials, knowledge, & experience in online fitness business world, which I shifted from in person gym. I truly learned that in person fitness coaching & online fitness coaching business have very different emphasis. So I'm super thankful their expertise. 🙏😇 The only reason I didn't give the last 0.5 is some parts of the learning portal/materials were confusing (eventually I figured out) and I needed a bit more hand-holding to be confident in what I'm doing/ following. I thought some people like myself might get lost in the whole bunch of info and get overwhelmed. I guess you have to be a go-getter 200% for sure to get benefit from the IFCA program.

ethan was my success coach and he honestly helped me scale my online business from $8K per month to my most recent highest month of almost $30K. he was amazing at answering all of my questions and providing the best insight on everything that i needed to make sure that i had the tools needed to succeed. HE'S THE MAN !

I cannot recommend IFCA enough. I was a burnt out healthcare worker looking for better ways to serve people with my knowledge of health/wellness. With IFCA, I started my coaching business from scratch, and have grown to have clients of my own in a few short months. Leslie was an amazing coach, providing me with guidance and encouragement throughout the process. I worked with Ethan when I started with IFCA. Ethan was fantastic during my time going through the process. He was detailed orientated, thoughtful, excellent communicator, and a great guy overall. It made my time with IFCA very enjoyable to go through. I made big strides with my coaching business with Ethan's help and IFCA's framework compared to other coaching companies. I came to IFCA because I needed help streamlining my health coaching business I had built from the ground up, but more than that I needed help understanding how I could be a mom of 3, run a successful business, and still create my own schedule that promoted a good work/life balance. I can honestly say IFCA has done all the above. They have reached into my business and helped me understand sales and data, programs and systems that save time and make sense, and provided me with a coach (Leslie) who is also a working mom and understands the importance of work/life balance.

IFCA Accelerator and my success coach Leslie helped me take what was once just an idea living in my head and turn it into an actual reality. I started from scratch with no experience coaching or any knowledge of business whatsoever. A few months in, I haven’t even officially launched my program yet, and over the last 2 weeks alone I’ve had over 30 people submit a coaching application wanting to work with me. That doesn’t even include the messages I received asking for more info.

I did this all while working full time as a travel ICU RN. The way everything is organized it’s so easy to follow at your own pace without getting overwhelmed or caught up in things that don’t matter yet. I had such limited time that I needed to be productive and work efficiently in the time I did have to put towards my business and IFCA is the only reason I was able to do that. There is a tremendous amount of value here with so many really knowledgeable people available to help along the way in addition to your coach.

Don’t get me wrong, you still have to do the work and put the effort in. No one in IFCA (or any mentorship) can do the work for you, that is your responsibility. However, if this is something you’re serious about and are willing to put the effort in, you can absolutely trust that you are in good hands with the IFCA team. You will be successful if you follow the plan and stick to it. It really is that simple.
