Impakt claims surprised me as they reduced a current loan down by nearly £3,000 and won me back nearly £4,000 from a loan I had already paid off. Times are our tough right now so there is no harm in running through all your credit to see if you are due money back. Impakt did all the hard work with hardly any effort from me. I am so pleased I found them as they have proved themselves trustworthy and reliable.

In September 2023, I was scammed for a huge amount of money by scammers who offered investments.
I was desperate and could not find a way to get my money back, since the police did not help me.
I found Impakt Claim, and not hoping for success, I applied. I was in a very difficult mental state because of what happened and was not able to look for any way to resolve the issue.

Impakt Claim did everything themselves and most importantly for free because I did not have any money to pay for help. In January 2025, I received a 50% refund from Impakt Claim minus the compensation fee for their work, which was still a huge amount for me. I did not believe it until I received the transfer.
