How can I give you a good review when you did not have what I needed not only in face cloths but in colour.

I waited a week for the items to be sent and when not delivered you then say you do not have the colour I purchased and in second alternative no face cloths. This is a bad way to run a business if you cannot give what the client requires.
So your review is bad.

Price was good, delivery free and fast. Quality was a little disappointing as I expected 200TC cotton to be smoother and softer. Overall I’m satisfied.

Great value,excellent quality. Only drawback was slightly too big for a small double bed ,therefore hangs onto the floor each side of the bed and then a potential trip hazard.

It was delivered on time. The Egyptian cotton bed sheet is extremely soft! The £14 bed cover looked luxurious and not at all cheap! Its not very soft but good enough for the price.

Excellent unusual "Boho" bedding , delivered promptly. So comfortable to sleep with.

Feels so nice and dreamy to sleep in these bedsheets. The under layers are cotton, not silk, so I don't feel cold at night like I thought. They arrived on time too. Love the colours and quality. Worth the price. Would recommend! Thank you!

Black marble bedding is disgustingly rough not at all soft would return the product is returning wasn’t such a faff.

Will not be buying from imperial rooms in the future.
