The Carpet Repair Guys Bewertungen

The Carpet Repair Guys were very speedy in responding to my enquiry (placed via the website; received a call the very next day).

I found them to be very professional, courteous and friendly, and I was left with a strong impression of their commitment to providing a great service for their customers.

Regrettably I live outside the geographical area they cover but nevertheless they kindly gave me some really helpful general guidance on the best approach to take for my particular project and I very much appreciated this.

I would very much recommend considering The Carpet Repair guys for your repairs. Had I been in their catchment area, I would have been confident about placing my business with them.

honestly can’t recommend The Carpet Repair Guys highly enough.

I’m Sandra, based in London, and after an accident at home that left a very visible burn and tear in my carpet, I was convinced the whole room would need re-carpeting. From my first conversation with Richard, I felt completely at ease. He explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and turned up exactly when he said he would.

The repair itself was nothing short of incredible. I stood there watching and genuinely couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The damaged area has been restored so well that I now struggle to find where it even was. Friends and family who knew about the damage are absolutely amazed.

What really stood out was Richard’s professionalism, attention to detail, and honesty. No upselling, no false promises – just exceptional skill and pride in his work. It saved me a huge amount of money and stress.

If you’re in London and need carpet repair, don’t hesitate. This is a true specialist service and worth every penny. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Worked miracles on an iron burn. Polite, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend

Richard, was absolutely fantastic! I was so satisfied with his service. So quick and professional! Highly recommend!!

Great communication from day 1. My carpets were destroyed by the fitters and Richard was very quick in coming out to repair the damages. Very impressed and so glad I came across his work. Thanks again

Great service from Richard! Our cleaner accidentally dropped the iron on the carpet and left a burn. Richard did an amazing job repairing it without having to provide donor carpet. Thank you again! Highly recommend

Very good service. Nice guy and very good work

I contacted this company after our carpet was damaged the service was first class the repair was carried out a reasonable amount…..cannot fault anything thank you so much .

Our 2 dogs had ripped our stair runner carpet which had only been laid down for just over a year, I was devastated. I looked for someone to repair our carpet and came across Richard, the communication between us was quick and efficient the truthful advice he gave us helped with the decisions we made.
Richard explained when he arrived that the damage was more than he had thought and offered 2 ways to address the situation.
We decided at the moment to leave the carpet because we have covered it with a stair gate and we are going to contact the original carpet seller and try to match the carpet again.
We will definitely have Richard replace the carpet if we can get it.

From initial comms to managing expectations and guidance on possible repairs, service has all been exceptional.

On the day, during the inspection the suggested repair changed, but for the better, and very happy with the outcome.

10/10 would recommend from a service and delivery perspective.

Great and fast service! Would definitely use again.
Thank you!

The Carpet Repair Guy recently helped us with some advice over a burnt patch of carpet that had been caused by a contractor in our house. He gave very honest and helpful advice and was very quick to respond. 100% on communication and thank you once again. Would recommend to anyone

Our tenants reported the smell of cat urine. After researching what I needed to do - a UV survey of the carpets to determine severity - I found this company who provide the service. The report was conclusive, informing what our course of action needed to be. Service was provided within a couple of days. Attentive service with a phone call received, as well as the report, to confirm findings. Recommended.

I had a mark on my carpet of hot iron and I thought I could never get rid of it and have to return the keys tomorrow to the agency, was desperate and I found this company I explained everything and he made time to come and do it and it’s amazing how beautiful the carpet looks.. it’s like the mark was never there. I only believe because I saw the video.. I even tried to zoom to make sure it’s invisible and it’s spotless ..
THANK YOU Impulse cleaning

Absolute life saver! Had an awful dog poo stain in the hallway, which we could not remove with cleaning. The Carpet Repairs Guys came to the rescue & did a fab job - it looks great! Super professional, transparent & great communication. Thanks so much!

The Carpet Repair Guys carried out a smart repair on two carpet burns. Richard was very professional, friendly and honest. Good communication and service. We would highly recommend to anyone needing a smart repair.

Richard was an absolute professional and highly skilled! You cannot see the repair he made on a burn mark in my carpet. I am thrilled to bits and highly recommend his services!

Richard was extremely in replacing carpet from a section of the stairs that had a bad coffee stain. I had a number of concerns about the job, as I wanted to ensure the repair would meet the landlords standards. Richard advised me throughout the process, completed the repair in an hour, and made sure all the work was completed to an excellent standard. Great service and support

In a panic I reached out to a few carpet repair companies yesterday to sort out the burn marks I’d been trying to fix myself to no avail. Richard contacted me right away, gave me advice and a quote, and was able to fit me in next day. Today the burn marks are unnoticeable thanks to him. He came first thing in the morning and was in and out within the hour. I am relieved! The price was higher than what I expected, but worth it for next day service. Richard was very friendly and good company while he worked.

Had a problem with dents in our carpet after we’d moved some heavy furniture. Contacted Richard requesting a quote. Instead, he phoned to tell me how to do it myself - and it worked! Very rare for someone to share their expertise at no cost. Extraordinary. Thank you Richard
