If I could give ZERO or MINUS I would have given.

First time I bought from them and it is also the last time.

I am so angry and disappointed by this company and I would not recommend at all.

I bought two suits and I was promised I would get them before Eid but I got them 3 days after Eid and had to go in the shops on Eid day to get an outfit as the order never came and that was not in the budget.

Customer service is very very very very poor and when I finally got hold of someone, they said they’ll speak to their manager and they would get back to me but NEVER did!!!

When I received the order, the dresses looked so cheap nothing like the picture.

I have been deceived!!

This company is very bad and deceitful.

They should be stopped from operating as they use fake pictures and trick people into spending a fortune to only receive some crap!

Great , Inddus replies to my post straight away on Trust pilot but never replies to my emails or chat messages privately!! So clearly they were just IGNORING me when I complained directly to them.

I purchased clothing over a month ago and they haven't delivered my parcel. I've email them so many times and even called them but no one responded! I tried to contact paytabs as well because that's where the transaction took place and I only get a copy and pasted response repeated to me. I'm very angry because they said it would be delivered by Eid and it wasn't so I had to look for alternatives. I would give 0 stars if I could because they took my money but didn't deliver the goods- extremely unprofessional! I'm fully convinced these other reviews are fake.

Extremely poor. Do not but from this seller. Poor quality clothes and nothing like the images shown on the website. Seller does not respond back if you want to discuss refund or your customer rights. Very disappointed at the poor customer service and quality of clothes.

Given that it is the first time i was buying from Inddus, i was very impressed by the quality of the product as well as the service. It was similar to what was shown and the shipping was quite quick. Overall, i’m very satisfied with my product. I would highly recommend it!!

very bad! the photo in the website and the dress i got was very different and they wanted me to pay for the shipping cost to send it back. the stitching was like some local tailor made, vey bad service.

Second time purchasing outfit from this website..reasonable pricing and a wide array of latest trendy outfits to choose from. My outfit reached me by DHL post and they even had free worldwide delivery promotion on their site. Outfit looked exactly like in picture, colour and fit was perfect, currently favourite website to shop for traditional indian outfits!

This is the one online company I have purchased from and am extremely satisfied...no complains. I bought two expensive dresses and they fit beautifully, and looks just like what I saw in the pictures. Customer service is the best and I am really happy :) they take feedback seriously, and incorporate it in their next work! will definitely recommend.

i have ordered a dress from this site.they said they dont sell replicas its orginal product what they are providing on the site...after discussion with them i bought the product..aft recieving the product i was highly disappointed as i got a cheap quality product not worth to the price i paid
the glass design on them was broken and the threads were coming out when i sent the complaint to them to return the money and to return the product there was no response from them..beware of such sites who sell cheap replicas of the product....

I wasn't impressed by Inddus on my first order due to poor communication and outfit colour variation. However, my second order arrived in 9 working days from the day I ordered the outfit. Stitching was good and the outfit was as described and matched the colour shown. So, it appears they improved on their service and product. I received confirmation of the dispatch too.

I was dreading that this would be a waste too but it turned out to be a beautiful outfit. I am not sure why on my first order there was so much complication. I am glad they paid attention and reinstated their standards.

My first and last order from Inddus. The dress looked different, the quality was poor and one size smaller than I ordered. The worst part is they refused to do anything about it. They offer good prices with free shipping, but it's better to pay a little extra and get what you pay for.

I wished to say a big thank you for the beautiful items I received today in the post. I was very impressed by the quality of the dresses and the gorgeous embroidery & work that has gone into making these. I received an excellent service which items were well packed and delivered with tracking which has been fantastic.
