I initiated a deposit of 3000 rs. However made payment of 5000 rs. The amount was not credited to my Indibet balance and every time I reached the customer care thru chat and email they gave me a TAT of 2 hours . It's been more than a month and not yet resolved. It has the most inefficient team to resolve the customer query. My advise to every user is please be very carefully while making deposits as Indibet does not credit the money to ur balance and you lose ur money due to a small error.
