This particular call was great, it made me aware of a product upgrade that addressed a specific problem we had (analysis of financial statements) and which solved it in excess of our expectation. Great product and reasonably priced too.

I have recently started using Tax Essentials AI system and have been testing it thoroughly over the past few weeks. It's comforting to know that all responses are based on their own content. As always, have to know what you are asking and be confident that the response is 100% accurate, so doesn't replace knowledge. But big wins to be had in responding to clients with a structured response which otherwise would have taken a while. So far so good.
All of my personal files disappeared following an upgrade by the company. Gemma was extremely helpful in trying to recover my files and eventually succeeded although it took her IT department rather longer to resolve than originally anticipated.
