I'm so glad I found Indigo autos and had the pleasure to speak with James, who was friendly, understanding, extremely polite and professional. He put me completely at ease and answered all my questions without hesitation. He provided full details of the car, sent through a really good video showing how immaculate it was. Being unable to view the car James was very accommodating in keeping the car back for me until the end of the week. I didn't have to place a deposit, discussed a px over the phone. James' communication was 100%, he always returned calls and messages promptly. I drove three hours to see the car, it was exactly as James had said, he was completely true to his word. The car was stunningly presented and was a clear reflection on himself and his business. There was no hard sell on warranties etc and although these are offered I can decide in my own time. I have bought a number of cars over my many years and this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have received exceptional service from James from start to finish. I will definately look to buy again from Indigo Autos as I have the utmost trust in them. Superb service thank you.

The seller was an absolute gentleman and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. The car was presented beautifully, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into preparing it.

The level of customer service was outstanding, and nothing seemed too much trouble. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who takes such pride in what they do and goes the extra mile for their customers.

Having spoken to James at Indigo Auto's regarding a used Porsche Macan he was selling, i was immediately comfortable with his approach to my enquiry. James was very helpful and accommodating regarding a viewing and info about the car. James has restored my confidence in buying a used car....not that my purchase today looked used - It was spotless inside and out with all the correct paperwork and documents in place. Indigo bid on, won, therefore agreeing to buy my car through Motorway, then 1 1/2 days after winning backed out of the deal, as apparently, they could not line a buyer up. This has caused me inconvenience, but it would appear Indigo don't care about that, just flipping cars.

Be careful. Is this the type of behaviour you want to deal with from a company?

Fantastic customer service. Went above and beyond to get the car. Did a fab job reffurbing the alloy wheels in mint black went awesome with the white car. Rectified an issue with one of the electric windows - even lending me a car whilst I waited. Looked after me very well throughout the purchase and after. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying
