Overall I love the watch as you can tell after purchasing 3 pieces. Sadly the thing that lets it all down is that it has the weakest and worst illumination. Even cheap throwaway watches have brighter lights so that we can see in the dark. This is where the infantry watch fails miserably. Not sure if you guys pre test but for an outdoors watch that element should be improved upon ten fold. It’s just pathetic and I am no teen so I need all the help I can get.

The watch came nicely boxed and in a timely manner.
The digital display is hard to read under certain light conditions.
I found the Customer Service was quick to respond and handled my concerns quickly and with integrity.

I ordered two watches which were delivered within 10 days. There was a minor issue with one of the watches but I received prompt and excellent customer service which resolved the issue.

The watch seems to be well-manufactured. Super fast shipping!

The watches are very nice and gorgeous. The shipping is fast considering the international nature.

There is a lot of play in the buttons, finishing of the paint on the bezel looks cheap and don't feel like it deserves this price when I can buy something better at G-Shock

The watch looks great, I am a Macross fan. Delivery experience was good. I really enjoy watching the movement inside the watch. One issue is the reflection of the Sapphire crystal top is quite strong.

I was very happy with my first Infantry watch, so much so that I bought a second one. I like the comfort and style of them both.

Love love the watch size is perfect and the look is great. Just a little too expensive. But overall it’s a great timepiece

Watch I had ordered wasn’t working. It took a while to get in contact but the issue got resolved and sent me a replacement. I understand being in the US with shipping and everything can take time. Like a lot of companies just have to be patient for them to get things right. That’s why I still give them 5 stars.

Just received my Macross chronograph watch and I am very happy with it. I am a huge Macross/Robotech fan and this watch has all the little details that make it special. There's the correct model name VF-1S for Roy Focker, the skull squadron symbol, etc. It's really nice. The chronograph works well. And the inscription on the caseback celebrates the 40th anniversary of Macross. If you're a fan, you'll like it.
