The company is lying, flat out. I bought a large tote and a large laundry hamper, both of which were NOT QUILTED at all.
What can the company do to improve? How about being honest with its customers. The designs are lovely in the main, but if they advertise quilting, they should deliver quilting.
I am extremely disappointed.

NOT QUILTED AT ALL!!!! The pictures on their website are NOTHING like the actual product!!!! It is the ugliest thing and I would be embarrassed to put a table runner this ugly on my table. It's like the design is printed onto some fabric that I have never seen before, almost like burlap. Again, the quilting is non-existent! It is a COMPLETE scam, as the photos of their products look sooooo cute!!! They couldn't be uglier! Please save your money. I couldn't reach Customer Service after trying a good 20 times. I did learn they shipped from China, so I suspect I would be responsible for shipping costs back. I just want to be done with this ~ which is likely EXACTLY what Infeeln wants!!! STAY AWAY!!!! PLEASE!!!!

The merchandise bears very little resemblance to the photos or descriptions. When I contacted them about a refund, they did not respond. The sweatshirt I ordered was described as quilted and looked to be a normal sweatshirt. What I got was flat unquilted and cheap shiny fabric. The shirts I ordered had vibrant colours, and denim trim and the bottom had frayed denim. The materials appeared to be soft and came to approximately mid thigh. What I got had no denim at all, but some striped blue and white fabric, was muted in colours, and made of stiff scratchy fabric I could never wear. More like a short jacket than a shirt. Beware.

Website purported to be quilted totes. Received cheap looking NOT QUILTED totes. I requested they ship me the quilted version as shown on their website; their first answer was $10 refund with 30% off next order; then they offered $20 refund with % off next order. The only thing I asked of them was to send me what I ordered. Finally they said I could return them for full credit provided several things were adhered to and did not give me return shipping labels. So I advised them I would keep the cheap looking rain suit type totes and give them really bad reviews. Since this was in no way my mistake, I was not going to ship them at my cost. And why would I order from them again?
