Absolutely brilliant service from Bobby who assisted with our cruise booking. He was helpful and friendly, gave lots of useful information and suggestions and was patient and accommodating with our indecisiveness. Great communication on the phone & by email. We are really looking forward to our holiday later this year and would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Lovely mature staff out me at my ease on my last cruise with AZURA, really efficient and friendly, liked so much am cruising with you 2nd March and have booked another cruise with AZURA 15th March I rang your company and spoke to Dave who was extremely helpful and courteous and made the whole experience booking another cruise so very easy. He is a credit to your company as are all your staff. I feel I have had 5* treatment and have to say far better experience than the Cunard line. I travelled in Queen Mary 2 in 2022 and not a good experience with the staff.
